HYATT house Philadelphia/Plymouth Meeting

This place is beyond family-friendly, but it doesn't need the high rating people give it. The linen was dirty, the closet and TV stand were broken, disherwasher didn't work, people stomping on the floor until 2 am, the breakfast was mediocre, children screaming, maintenance never showed up to fix the broken item, streaming services didn't work, and the guest was complaining during check-in. My family and I got woken up at 2 am to a fire alarm going off, just for there to be no fire. The only reason you got two stars is that the staff tried their best.

We stayed during the Fourth of July weekend. The hotel was booked … and the pool and outdoor patio area was crowded, understandably but we intermingled with other families at the grilling stations. Enjoyed sharing, laughs drinks, and making new friends. Our suite was clean the breakfast was good and overall a very nice day for a very busy holiday weekend.

The room was clean, staff was very professional and friendly. Having breakfast daily was great and convenient! Definitely recommended!

The pool and surrounding areas were very nice. I also Love Hyatt beds and pillows. I was there on 7/4. I would go back, just not on such a busy day.

First time there with my kids and it was beautiful the room was beautiful they enjoyed the pool!

Very clean super friendly staff my only complaint was it was slightly louder than I wanted when I went to go to sleep other than that it was fun conveniently located almost walking distance from things great trip

I enjoyed my stay. It was clean and spacious. Abraham was very professional and accommodating. Service with a smile. I will be staying there again in the future.

Great location , breakfast was wonderful, price amazing will stay again

First off, the staff was very nice. That being said I was upset that I got two beds instead of one. I was a solo traveler and just wanted one night bed, but in turn was given two small beds where my feet hung off. I asked to switch, they said no room available? Anyways the room felt worn, and very used. Floors had remnants of old spills and the bed had lots of female hairs that I had to keep taking off of me. Blankets had a few small stains. Living room section was clean though. Hallway garbage cans were overflowing on every floor and elevators were a mess. The air conditioner can’t be set to always on, stays on eco mode so I did get warm at some points but it wasn’t terrible. I was told there was a bar downstairs, when I tried to attend there was no attendant so just opted for a free coffee instead. Pool looked nice but didn’t go in. Overall I would say I’ll just pay the extra 30 bucks more or so and get somewhere better.

Internet and TV did not work

The two-bedroom Suite was perfect and the beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The room was clean and nice and looked brand new - although I was told it had been refurbished in recent years. In short the hotel had to feel of an apartment home, with enough room to spread out including televisions in each privately spaced bedroom. I loved this place and staff.

We stayed here one night when we went for our daughter’s graduation at Bryn Mawr College. It was nice to have a two bedroom king suite!! You could fit a whole family in here and you can have breakfast for free. It was a very nice breakfast! Easier than going into Philadelphia and affordable.

Very dirty room and bathroom with hair everywhere. I paid for king but received a queen, which I was okay with but not without a reduction in the price but nothing.

Nice hotel. It was a bit further from Philly and the traffic made it a longer drive into town. Room was spacious amd nice. Did show some wear and tear.

Staff was friendly and very accomadating . Upgraded our room which was very helpful and quick to address an issue we had and the issue was resolved !

The room was great and the breakfast was outstanding. We will definitely be back when in the area.

Other than the room, breakfast was great and staff we encountered were all nice.

This is a great place to stay if you’re planning a multi night stay or even an overnight. Rooms are spacious, amenities are great, and breakfast is very good.
