Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is great, made to order. Only one thing. They have reserved paid parking spots. I have never seen this outside of urban areas or high density areas with limited space for a parking lot.
-
Very clean I did not like the fact that breakfast cost $20 I am not use to that. Most hotels I stay at serve breakfast for free. And these hotels are not on the high end like Hilton.

The food at breakfast was pretty good. The room was not clean and had crumbs all over the floor. The couches had stains on them and my fiancé and I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the pull out bed. The bed was VERY uncomfortable, and I woke up with really bad back pain in the morning. Room also needs to be remodeled, looks really out dated.
-
lots of space in room Noise level until 1am, toilet and shower not clean

Location Had to change rooms 3 times for various issues

I liked the lobby and general layout of the hotel As always, the hotel is way understaffed. When I had a sick child and needed sheets for the foldout bed and a blanket to keep him warm, there was no one to help me. It’s the second stay where I’ve requested sheets or a blanket and had to wait over an hour if I got them at all. Also, during tgis experience, there were two women fighting around 3 or 4 in the morning in the main lobby. Woke me up after finally spending hours up with my child. The hotel staff (one poor guy) couldn’t do anything to intervene. There was no security, no support. We just had to listen to women screaming at each other.

Quiet Room / bed not regular quality

Very unsatisfied with this booking

Great staff, good location Carpets were dirty . The sofa bed gave my son a backache. Room was not properly stocked however when requested they were supplied.
-
The location was good. The breakfast staff allowed me to get water. The front desk staff was short with me when I arrived. The room was not clean and underwear was under the bad. We also had to ask for linen for the sofa bed.
-
The room was so much larger than expected. The hotel was really beautiful and extremely close to everywhere I had to travel. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Plymouth Meeting for personal reasons over the past 2 years, and this was the best by far for convenience, price and value. This is my only place to stay now! Would be nice to have a coffee station in the lobby

Breakfast was good Property didn’t have my reservation despite me having confirmation from booking.com so i ended up booking another room as both booking .com and property didn’t help at all.Was stranded at hotel lobby for more than an hour making calls to both booking.com and hilton as well as talking to front desk

Very dated..common areas were ok but the rooms were musty and shabby.
