We had reserved for 3 nights and when I arrived I showed them that I had a reservation & paid (for the 3 nights). The morning after the second night the manager came knocking saying we had to leave or pay for the 3rd night… I was so confused and explained to her I already paid… she left me came back yelling that I had to leave she even called the cops.. I had forgotten I had the confirmation # on my email so I went to the lobby and showed her, we didn’t have to leave after I showed her but we had to pay again!!! Awful service!! Never again!!

The room had a horrible smell like mold so we sprayed it but one of the beds smelled like urine really bad. The bedding had stains. However we had no power due to a bad storm and the air worked which was most helpful. The WiFi also kept going out on us.

It was really dirty, loud people screaming and chasing each other outside. Women screaming on her phone. Room wasn’t clean. Loud noises in the early morning construction happening on the 2nd floor where I stayed. The debris and smoke from the equipment the guy was working on and even kids coughing and staff eyes hurting. Horrible experience.

Budget motel. Our first room smelled strongly of weed; however, the front desk help was apologetic and very helpful. She moved us to a new room but this room looked like someone had crushed up a granola bar and spread it on one of the beds. The floor was dirty, the whole room was very dingy and grimy. I did not shower at this motel because it felt like I would get dirtier. The toilet didn't always flush. The bed was okay, not terribly uncomfortable, but I woke up a few times in the night with a sore back and needing to adjust.

Do not stay here at all unless you have too. This is basically a halfway house.

Overall the room was clean. Smelled like air freshener. Bed was comfotable.
-
It was pet friendly but old, not clean, in poor condition.

All good, for the money you spend.

The people at the counter were friendly and from what I can tell did the best with what they were given. The moment we stepped in the room, it stunk and had to have the door open for hours and febreeze just to get rid of the smell. The outside windows were dirty. The phone had some nasty looking substance on it. No interest in finding out what.

Filthy room that smelled like smoke despite being non smoking
-
The room was dirty, stains on the walls, room had a smell dirty cigarettes. I checked out and did not get a refund. The sheets were nasty as well. I was disgusted and left

Convenient, reasonably priced, and great location.

The gentleman who checked me in was the only pleasant experience here. Facilities were dirty, room was disgusting, receptionist Kim was rude and condescending. Manager Diane was just as bad. They both need to do some major customer service training. I would never stay here again. Left after one night and didn't complete my entire stay. Don't get me started on the issue with my service animal being in the room by herself. Again horrible property and horrible management. I would absolutely recommend elsewhere if you can afford it.

The staff was very nice. There was abundant parking. Its right by the highway. The floors seemed a little dirty. The door to my room had a small issue. It wasnt one that was a big deal. The bathroom light worked but the other light by the sink did not. Overall its an ok place to sleep at night for a quick roadtrip layover.

Room and bed are very poor.

The room was dirty. The sheets were stained. Little fridge once opened was literally falling out of its place. Just horrible FIRST and LAST time staying there. " If you’re considering a hotel stay... look elsewhere. "
