Spark by Hilton Plymouth

STAFF AT CHECK IN VERY UNFRIENDLY. HALLWAYS NOT AIR CONDITIONED VERY HUMID. PEOPLE SMOKING IN THE HOTEL ROOMS IN THE NON SMOKING SECTION OF THE HOTEL. VERY NOISEY.

Once we got into a room- I found a dirty washcloth on top of the shower curtain that was stiff and stuck to it. And a bug crawling on the tub- - when I looked more- there were several black bugs dead on the bathroom floor next to the tub. It was a horrible experience- I won’t stay again at that spark hotel or any spark hotels.

When we arrived an hour after our check in we were told the system went down and we child to get in a room probably an hour wait. We went to dinner was still unable not until 9:30 at night did they tell us we may want to find a new place to stay at that point everything was booked the system went up and they let us in only for us to go to sleep wake up and leave. They had no back up plan for if something happens to the system. The manager left one up front desk worker alone knowing they system was shut done not allowing any room keys to be made.

Inexpensive one night stop. Beds were very comfortable and the pillows were nice a soft. Slept well. Breakfast was not hot. But it was Thursday, not sure if it’s a hot breakfast on the weekend . We had yogurt parfaits and hard boiled eggs and, that did the trick . Very close to beautiful Main st. Plymouth, which is a thriving small down town with a thriving vibe!

Easy access right off the highway, very friendly staff, clean rooms. Breakfast didn’t have a ton of options but was well stocked. Would stay again!

We checked in later in the evening (10 pm), and when we got to our room and pulled back the covers of one of the beds (we had 2 Queens) we found several hairs on the sheets and pillow cases and the bedding looked like it hadn't been changed. We immediately went down to the front desk to ask to be switched to another room and we told that the hotel was sold out for the night and that was the only room they had available for us. I asked it they could come change the bedding then. Housekeeping was gone for the day and the desk lobby clerk was busy helping other customers so he said he could bring us new bedding so we could do it ourselves. He apologized profusely when he brought up the bedding, But they didn't offer to give us a discount off our stay or anything. Which I thought should have been the least they could do.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient location.

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were great!

Breakfast was just bagels, boiled eggs, cereal and oatmeal packets.

Exceptional

The staff was excellent. Parking great. Only complaint have not received an invoice from stay and we booked an extra night supposedly at the best price but pretty pricey

Room was great and the staff were very nice.

The staff is great and the property is well maintained.

The staff was so friendly. Easy stay would stay there again for sure!
