The washroom was not cleaned and the beds not made. Only towels were replaced Outside of the Room Everything else was great

I found the property somewhat worn down. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in an excellent location, but it seems like the property is not being maintained as well as it should be.

Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again. Great location!

The roof was ok there was a lot of humidity in the room and lobby area. The breakfast was mediocre and the housekeeping staff was loud and tried to open my door several times to clean the room even with the sign on it DND

Can do better with breakfast. The rooftop bar was awesome.....food , drinks, views, servers. Exceptional! Our bartender Celina was such a wonderful and amazing person. Everyone there was so friendly. The rooms were clean however no extra paper essentials. Also I had to ask for extra linens for the sofa-bed. At the time of booking it said that my room had a balcony. Mine didn't. Water was slow draining in the kitchen sink. The elevator was not even working at one point. I will be visiting the area in two weeks but i am looking for a different hotel.

No clean towels, full trash can and carpet not vacuumed. The hotel's response to my concerns when I checked out was that there was nothing that they can do because I prepaid the stay. I laughed, then left. Will NOT stay there again.

I understand that the hotel is adjacent to the beach and that I chose to stay in a 3 star property but the Carpet in the rooms were extremely dirty, beds were uncomfortable, shower floor was dirty and the shower head was discolored. I am a Hilton rewards member and stay in Tru’s throughout the US but this property needed some TLC.

All the service is excellent. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean. All the places were well hygienic, they also have breakfast included.

Front desk excellent. Breakfast only went once but was good it start early. The big negative thing it is that i got this hotel because it say kitchen in the amenities ( not a kitchenet) and then I realize that does not have stove top in the room pictures, which not always it is the same of the one you really get. Good size refrigerator, microwave and even a dishwasher. They offer you a single induction portable burner, with small pan , no utensils to cook. It was a big frustation.

After checking out of Home2 Suites by Hilton Pompano Beach, I discovered that I had been charged a $267 smoking fee. The problem is simple: I do not smoke, and there was absolutely no smoking in my room during my stay. What has been even more frustrating than the charge itself is the complete lack of communication. I have called the hotel three separate times, was told my concern would be forwarded to the General Manager, and I have left messages requesting a return call. To date, no one has responded. As a Hilton Honors member, I expected much better customer service and a fair investigation before such a significant charge was placed on my credit card. Instead, I have been left to dispute an unjust fee with no explanation, no evidence, and no follow-up from hotel management. This situation has seriously damaged my confidence in this property. Charging guests hundreds of dollars without meaningful communication or an opportunity to discuss the matter is unacceptable. I am asking Home2 Suites management and Hilton corporate to review this charge immediately, remove the $267 smoking fee from my account, and contact me to resolve this matter. I hope this review encourages someone in leadership to take ownership of this issue and demonstrate the level of customer service that Hilton is known for. Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend this property.

Great location and amenities, but the staff could have been more helpful and diligent. The first room given to us was not clean. It smelled like BO and urine and the wall thermostat was not working. We were told that there was no vacancy. Then later the front desk Stephanie told us there was another room available but with city view, which should be cheaper than what we paid for and she did not offer price adjustment. We settled for that option and moved all our luggage there. It was already past our dinner time so we asked Stephanie to send towels, the bedding for the sofa bad and two pillows for our kids before heading out to dinner. Upon our return, nothing was sent to our room, so we had to call again. Housekeeping sent the stuff but missed the second pillow. By then we were too exhausted to complain and we did not want to deal with the staff anymore. It is a shame because the hotel could’ve been so much better, but I would not want to stay here again based on our experience.

Exceeded expectations, high value, clean and tropical/modern. Common areas lovely, location excellent, Beds comfortable as was the pullout sofa which was a surprise. Only minor issue was that breakfast was "okay" (kids would have preferred plain waffles vs. buckwheat, and we found the hot water for tea tasted a bit like coffee). Staff were helpful, friendly and work hard - tips not expected but they were very much appreciated! AC was great! This place would be excellent for families with kids and was also great for our family with a 15 and 22 year old in tow. Purchase a sun cover pop up tent on Amazon - the beach is amazing but it can get super hot even with the swimming. We were so glad to have one. Front desk accepts amazon deliveries which was great. We previously stayed at Costa Hollywood Beach Resort which was nice but this hotel, for our purposes was better service and amenities. If you bring a squigie from dollar store, easier to clean seaweed and sand from shower floor. Enjoy, we loved it and will definitely be back!

Great hotel..clean and nice decor. Great amenities with activities with game room Great for kids and adults. Free Breakfast was nice buffet daily. Room with full fridge and microwave good for full family. Rooftop lounge area awesome. Would stay again.
