Staff was excellent

Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast options every morning. Pool area very clean and pleasant.

Overall it was a good experience. Check in was good although it seems like the front desk staff are kept very busy so sometimes there can be a bit of a wait. Parking was a little confusing as it is in a separate building across the street. The location is just a block off the beach and right by the pier and the area seems pretty nice. The rooftop bar is a nice touch and has a decent view of the ocean.

Nice place to stay

Location is great but the hotel itself is average room was ok beds were not the most comfortable. Our fridge didn’t work at first but the hotel did swap it out. Tile around the pool is jagged in some places and actual cut my daughter’s foot. We had a family emergency and had to leave early and while carrying stuff to the hallway one of the managers saw us and started telling us we were going to have to pay a late checkout fee. Didn’t ask us about our stay just straight to a late checkout fee and when we tried to explain or actual checkout day was the next day but we had an emergency and were leaving early due to it. She tried to still say it was a late checkout at first. It was a very unprofessional interaction in the middle of the hotel hallway. Later we asked to pay the late checkout but have the unused night refunded the hotel refused. We will not be staying here again and makes me think twice about using any Hilton hotels.

The cleaning crew was great as well, there weren’t new faces constantly our entire stay we were able to get familiar with those who were working with us and I’m thankful. Cannot wait to visit again.

Laundry was useful. Staff could have smiled more.

We enjoyed the short walk to the pier and beach. Breakfast was really good.

Never stay there again

The hotel is new, staff professional, breakfast ok. Parking is paid ($28), but easy and well organized by the hotel. The AC in the room is so noisy that we were half of the night up. We left it at 76F, so it would work less, still we felt like we are sleeping in the middle of runway at the airport, that's how loud it is! It's a shame. Such a beautiful, new hotel and such an old style outdated AC unit. Why?

Roon was clean and staff was friendly and professioal. Property was perfect.

Every area from the hotel room to the multiple common areas was well maintained and clean. Our room had a full size microwave and extra large mini fridge & freezer. Beautiful open-air rooftop restaurant and seating. Nice location very short walk to fishing pier, beach, restaurants and shops. We stayed here an entire week and didn’t get bored without driving a single place. I was nervous about bringing our 90lb dog, but this place loves dogs!

Our room was clean and very comfortable! The property was outstanding and the location was better than expected - grounds, location, walking distance to great food! We stayed with our kids and had plenty of room. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at the hotel closer to my cousin's house. My entire family loves to stay there also because it is very convenient and super close to restaurants and super close to the beach

Very cozy and welcoming hotel. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was great. The location is excellent, very central and close to the beach. Highly recommended!

Great walkable location. Staff was super nice and helpful! Room was a great size and had everything we needed. Loved the kitchen amenities- made everything easier and more comfortable. Some people might not like that parking is in a garage next door, but we found it totally workable. Our bathroom wasn’t the cleanest we’ve ever seen (specifically the shower) but the water pressure is fantastic and the toiletries are really nice. The bed pillows were so lumpy as to be laughable. Never seen anything like it. Breakfast was not good—we skipped it and went across the way to a coffee shop instead.
