Tru By Hilton Pompano Beach Pier

Rooftop is beautiful, and food delicious even so the menu is restricted, but everything was wonderful, Faith was our server 2 consecutive nights, She is the real deal. Breakfast buffet was very good , and that's it, you get for waht you pay for, room was small, no closet or drawers to accommodate anything.

The location, staff and look of the resort was great. Beds were interesting. Room 408. They were metal. Changing position when I was trying to get comfortable there was strange noises. And the doos doe breakfast was really bad. My suggestion would be to stock with the toaster foods, cereal and maybe the waffles.

Parking costs $25 per day. The breakfast was standard—neither good nor bad. The location is good. Overall, while it wasn't a complete disappointment, it wasn't great either.

Breakfast was great and staff was friendlily. There was not enough chairs at the pool for everyone and there was broken chairs laying around eat the pool.

Windows throughout property dirty. You can really tell when your laying in sun at pool looking towards the windows. Pool Towels poor quality and small in size. Hotel collection diffusers are too much in the lobby by the water that looks so refreshing until you drink it you can taste the scent of the diffuser in your mouth.

The property was updated with clean rooms. I like that they have a roof top restaurant but I did not get a chance to use it because I had to leave earlier than planned. Loved that the beach was in walking distance, was not please that I had to pay $25 per day for parking. Overall, very nice hotel.

We have a great time at this hotel. Very nice pool and beautiful walk from the beach. Very good service. There was lots to do. Many restaurants in the area, the top roof, playground for kids. Thanks!

Found a roaches in my room staff didnt seem surprised. Hilton did end up letting me cancel

My check in process was wonderful. Stephanie was amazing with a great personality and pleasant demeanor. She was thorough with explaining the property. She was thoughtful with her food recommendations. She took time to communicate and I really appreciated that. She definitely did a great job at the front desk. There were others who I didn’t get names of but they were pleasant as will. Great job with staff!! The room was perfect as well! Thank you for a great stay.

The hotel is very convenient. We stay for one night and it had everything we needed. It was clean and the breakfast had a great variety of food. We’ll stay again.

The property was very close to the beach, coffee shop across the street, souvenir shop down the street and restaurants all within walking distance.

Exceptional

The hotel was so clean and organized. Love that there was so much to do with no extra cost and the breakfast was surprisingly good! I didn’t like that our TV didn’t work. The front desk didn’t tell us that we may experience issues they just let us find out. I was told some rooms got new tvs and were having issues connecting to the internet and to try mirroring my phone but that also didn’t work due to the internet issue.

This was a wonderful hotel. Staff was very helpful and courteous. The staff was very knowledgeable. Roof top lounge was great. View was amazing. I would definitely book there again. Only wish they had free parking.
