Great place! Well maintained. Not a lot close to do but not overly populated and very relaxing.

My only real complaint is how quickly the additional fees add up. Parking is $36 per day, plus tax, and valet is the only option, which is expensive and inconvenient for guests who would rather park their own vehicle. There was also a $39 daily destination fee, along with separate sales and occupancy taxes charged on that fee. Based on my receipt, the destination fee and valet parking added approximately $82.59 per night, or more than $165 over a two-night stay, on top of the room rate. Although an F&B credit was included, it did not make the destination fee feel worthwhile to me. I liked everything else about the hotel, but guests should factor these mandatory daily charges into the total price before booking. The stay itself was excellent; I just wish the parking and destination fees were lower or that a self-parking option was available.

Wonderful place to stay

The restaurant was fabulous! Very clean ! Very friendly!

Having a Kitchenette and laundry machine in the room was nice Pool was clean but having it close at 8 was not ideal as we arrived late and evening and lost from swimming time and there wasn’t much to do in the area or swim in the beach Restaurant on site was overpriced but the staff was kind and very hard working and the restaurant Manager checked in on everyone Breakfast was good but many things ran out quickly if you didn’t come on time And the beach was horrible smell with black sargassum and flies everywhere we couldn’t swim at all.

Very nice service

It would be better to remodel the property. The room doors are old and sometimes hard to close, you need to push in and out hardly with force. The hallway carpets are old.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Delicious food at Zoe’s restaurant. Nice pool area. Great for families!

Nice balcony, ocean view, very spacious, clean, & good breakfast. Also, staff were friendly

Breakfast was ok but very repetitive with no change from day to day. The $35 fee was excessive considering there wasn’t really any type of add on that was complimentary. Most hotels have pools and you still had to pay for beach chairs and umbrellas so I really don’t know what that fee covered. Valet only parking is also a nuisance. While daily housekeeping is part of the included amenities, it wasn’t done every day and for it to be done we were contacted by phone to confirm if we wanted it. Yes! It’s part of the package! Also, toilet paper was a one roll at a time thing, there weren’t any extras on hand. I also didn’t like the fact that the shampoo and conditioner dispenser was empty; I asked 2ce for it to be refilled and it never was. Biggest complaint was the noise from the air conditioner. We kept the room at a reasonable 76 degrees. When it would kick in overnight it sounded like a motorcycle revving. So loud, major sleep disruption. Food at Zoe’s was good and the personnel were friendly. I don’t think I’d recommend this place.

My family and I just finished our stay and had an excellent experience. Super affordable. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. They sent text messages throughout our stay to make sure we were satisfied with our accommodations. The hotel is conveniently located on the beach so we could walk outside and see the oceans. All of the rooms have a balcony/stove/large fridge/dishes/utensils/microwave so makes it easy for families. If I had one complaint, I wish the pool was bigger. But it was still nice. I would def reccomend this hotel/resort to my friends and family.

Our room was spacious, loved the view of the ocean, pool and hot tub were nice, loved the sand area and kids toys by the pool. Steps away from the beach. Breakfast was good. Would definitely go back

Remember these 3 ladies Nicole, Trish and Anistasia. All were so very helpful during our week stay.

You will pay 390$ on top of what you paid on Expedia they have hidden fees. There was a roach crawling around the breakfast room. so we didn’t want to eat breakfast anymore mid stay. You are forced to pay 36$ amenity fee and I was told if I didn’t use them I wouldn’t be charged when I checked in and was still charged even though I didn’t use any other than the valet.

From the location to the staff to the cleanliness; it was all of the highest caliber. Nothing
