The room I rented was ocean view, The pictures showed as if the view was better than the actual view the room has, we were disappointed about that. The breakfast was good, but for a long weekend to have the breakfast end a t 9:00 and 9:30 am was not a good thing. Normally, in other hotels the breakfast last at least until 10:00. I recommend they reconsider they breakfast timing.

Room was ok, it's ridiculous how they charge you $100 Dollars everyday for your stay for deposit that's crazy what happened to the 200 hundred dollar deposit flat fee and you get that back before you leave. Still waiting on my 4 hundred dollars that was taken everyday for deposit. On top of that paying an extra 36 dollars a day for parking fee and getting charged for $90 dollars for two days for tourist fee overall i got charged in extra $360 dollars plus tax when I checked out. You can't even enjoy your vacation because the hotel is constantly going into your account and taking all your vacation money.

I had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Nicole was absolutely wonderful and made the entire experience so much better. She was professional, attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Her excellent customer service truly stood out and made a big difference. Pool was nice and the restaurant at the hotel was very nice with amazing food as well. My only complaints are: 1. The building is old. 2. Air conditioner in the room is very loud. It woke me and my toddler up numerous times every night. (If you don’t have kids, you may be okay with using ear plugs.)

Quiet and good to relax,

The staff here were fantastic — genuinely a highlight of the stay. The private beach is small, but it's right behind the property, so it's very easy and comfortable to get to. The pool area is nice and conveniently located right next to the restaurant/bar. My two biggest issues: this is an old condo building converted into a hotel, and none of the rooms have been updated — very 1980s vibe throughout. The carpets are old and dirty; my son walked around barefoot for about two hours, and the bottoms of his feet turned jet black. The exterior areas (elevators, hallways, balconies) all have that same dated look. The second issue is the number of hidden charges that weren't disclosed at booking. Once you arrive, they inform you of a $39 daily fee covering bike rental access (not really usable in this location), gym access, two museum tickets, and a $20 restaurant/bar credit — this is on top of a separate $35 daily valet fee. They also charge for pool/beach towels, umbrellas, and cabanas, all billed to your room, ranging anywhere from $15 per towel to $70 for a cabana. A couple of smaller issues: the TVs couldn't connect to the internet, so I couldn't watch anything — not even the hotel channel. And I specifically booked this room for the in-room washer/dryer, but the dryer didn't work during my stay.

The negatives were that breakfast was very disappointing. I've gotten better breakfast from $79 a night rooms. The waffle maker wasn't even available every day. I'd describe it as continental at best. Second, great that the pool opens early every day BUT the pool maintenance person often showed up around 9am when the pool was already starting to fill up and then everyone would have to get out while he stood around on his phone and pretended to clean. Also, the pool closing at 7 or 8pm depending on who you asked during the summer really stinks. The kids and I like to go for an evening swim after the beach all day and dinner but we weren't able to do that. Also, the website for the property and the property itself contradict each other on the pool hours. Overall, I'll most likely stay here again but I would really like for them to address these issues.
