Where to start! Great location, steps away from the beach, and perfect walking distance to the city restaurants. Beach is clean, water dept is about waist deep on low tide. It’s very clean with the kitchen, fridge/freezer, and stove. Service staff made the bed next morning. Nice deep swimming pool. Ice machine and grill on the property. Plenty of shade to sit outside. Great parking with some shade too. Things to improve: coffee machine is super slow, and charcoal bag sits in the rain If you’re up to grilling a steak. Oh, did I say, it is budget friendly and will definitely come back!

Cant say enough about this place and the owners. Best place to stay in Pompano hands down. Clean, comfortable and peaceful. Perfect location to anything. Owners are super friendly and accomodating during your stay. Cant wait to get back there hopefully in November.

Spotless property with everything you need. Pool area is outstanding, nice grill area, location is amazing. From my door to beach access is 47 seconds walk one way and 55 seconds the other. Both beach access places has a foot/body wash coming back from the beach. Pompano Beach Family Pier is half mile walk. There are probably 30 restaurants within a mile. Pompano Beach offers free Ride Circuit to Publix and restaurants in the designated area. You wouldn't need a car once you get here. Load the Ride Circuit App and schedule your rides. 5 Star or better experience.

The location was great - we had a unit on the back of the complex which is about 1/2 block from an uncrowded beach. That was very nice. The unit was clean, everything worked although the included wifi was off and on. The flowers andvoutside tables were avplus and the pool was inviting although we did not find time to use it. Nice area, good value, no complaints. Free wifi

Hands down the best place to stay at in Pompano Beach. Location is perfect and only about a 3 minute walk to the beach that is never crowded. The owners are exceptional people who are extremely nice and consistently maintain their property. Rates are well priced year round, rooms are comfortable and clean. Clean staff will switch out towels, trash, make bed and sweep daily for you as well as being super nice in the process. laundry use on site for you to use daily from 3pm-9pm, on site grill/smoker that is kept clean. Just completed our 4th stay there since last year and we will not go anywhere else going forward. Its hard to find a place that is laid back, good people who care for their property, clean, relaxing and exceptionally well maintained like this place is. 100% recommend

Small place free off st parking, walking distance to beach. Very clean ,staff was very friendly. Would stay here again. Great deal for traveling family on a budget.
