Best Western Pontiac Inn

Breakfast was fresh and coffee was good. It was very clean. The staff was very nice. The rooms was awesome. The beds were very comfy. I would go back there. The air conditioner kept the room nice and cool.

The breakfast area was too small, but the breakfast was fine.

Wonderful staffs. In the middle of nowhere we were happy to find this place. On our way back from Chicago to St.Louis we quickly stopped for a night. Booked an upgraded room and everything was fresh and clean. Expect for the sink which took a little long to drain down. Otherwise everything was excellent.

This was a stop along our way to a further destination. It’s located right off the highway and easy to find with fast food and shopping close by. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was very rude, I asked questions about room and host became very condescending and controlling and ultimately told me he would not honor my reservation. I am a late stage cancer patient and wanted to be sure room would be sufficiently clean just by what you could see. It was very dated and there were family hanging out everywhere… the host seemed very engaged with them more so then being hospitable to a guest. Would never stay there anyway, but I was exhausted from road trip. Over priced as well I stayed at a much nicer place and was thankful. Also required unlike other hotels in Pontiac a cash 100.00 deposit, other hotels did not

We found evidence of bed bugs in our room. The mattress had multiple stains and remnants of a dead bug with casings was in a corner fold of the mattress. We asked for a second room, which while better, still had evidence of stains on the mattress. The desk attendant stated they did not have bed bugs. We told him we were leaving and asked for a refund. He said he was unable to issue a refund and to ask Expedia. Unfortunately, by the terms of the booking that was not issued.

Nice large room and comfortable bed but shower could have been better

Would be nice if there was a restaurant other than at casino next door, but otherwise it is a nice hotel, enjoyed the stay, very comfortable and affordable.

The room was fine, but the breakfast was sub-par compared to other Best Westerns where we have stayed: lukewarm scrambled eggs and cold fried potatoes. No meat. No pancake or waffle options.
