Room was c;lean, but hallways were very dirty. Looked like they hadn't been swept since last winter. There is no elevator, so had to climb the stairs. We were offered a first floor room, but opted for the second floor room because they are usually quieter. Breakfast was typical. Room had been recently updated except for the tub.

The inside of the hotel was clean, rooms appeared to have been remodeled within the past year. First appearance wasn’t very good, several weeds In landscaping around property. The outside landscaping needed attention.

The staff were all welcoming, warm & helpful. Able to give us requested type room & assisted with connecting treadmill. Room was more spacious than expected with a larger dorm refrigerator. Very clean and comfortable and appear to be recently updated. Breakfast was typical for a warm continental breakfast but did offer two different types of fruit which was appreciated!

Clean room and linens, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. I would stay there again. The lobby and hallway smelled really nice but they should put the smell in the rooms because the smell in there wasn’t very good at first till I sprayed with Lysol.

Everything. It may not look like it from the outside but this place was wonderful! Don't let old reviews put you off. The rooms are updated and clean and the bed was one of the comfiest we've slept on. Add into that a great breakfast and helpful, polite desk staff. It's a definite 10/10 Nothing

We booked a non smoking room but got a room that was smoked and all we got from the staff was two different reasons but no solution

Facility was very clean, room was updated and very nice and clean No coffee or hot water available outside of the room. Could not get a cup of coffee or have a place to sit down other than in the room. Just not a welcoming environment.

Breakfast was ? You guys took the coffee out of the lobby!!! I stay with Quality Inn (Litchfield) because THERE IS COFFEE IN THE LOBBY 24/7!! now I will not stay as much as I am looking for another hotel. Litchfield Quality Inn was the best. My in-laws (Vazzi) got me started staying there. Thanks for the memories.....
