Clean room and linens, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. I would stay there again. The lobby and hallway smelled really nice but they should put the smell in the rooms because the smell in there wasn’t very good at first till I sprayed with Lysol.

We booked a non smoking room but got a room that was smoked and all we got from the staff was two different reasons but no solution

Facility was very clean, room was updated and very nice and clean No coffee or hot water available outside of the room. Could not get a cup of coffee or have a place to sit down other than in the room. Just not a welcoming environment.

I stay with Quality Inn (Litchfield) because THERE IS COFFEE IN THE LOBBY 24/7!! now I will not stay as much as I am looking for another hotel. Litchfield Quality Inn was the best. My in-laws (Vazzi) got me started staying there. Thanks for the memories.....

The breakfast was fine; what you'd expect of a continental breakfast. Coffee was excellent! Our room was right off the lobby and it was very noisy at times. We were awakened in the middle of the night when a large gathering of people in the lobby were talking and laughing. The noise traveled into our room and kept us awake for several hours. Additionally, the outside of the building leaves much to be desired. Paint was peeling, and the overhang above the lobby entrance was sagging; it looked like it could cave in during a storm.

Great furnishings. Clean room. Lovely yo have a hot breakfast! The only issue is the strong fragrance in the lobby. It is too much for those sensitive to fragrances.

The young man who checked us in was very friendly, personable, and helpful. Breakfast choices was good, especially the bacon , but can’t say much, if anything, good about the eggs. The ceiling in the bathroom definitely needed painting, either from a current or recent leak.
