1. Didn't have an elevator (as listed on your website.) 2. Didn't have hot coffee or hot water in the lobby. 3. Didn't have hot water FOR THE BREAKFAST. This ruled out having tea and/or oatmeal. 4. A/C wasn't on in the breakfast room. 5. No fruit for breakfast, only waffles and stale muffins. 5. We were CHARGED MORE than our confirmation amount. 6. Front desk help was useless, her excuse was "it's a third party vendor." Maybe this is why there were only six cars in the parking lot on a Friday night during peak travel season. We will be contacting you shortly for an adjustment/refund!!!

The carpet under the air conditioner was wet from leaking condensation, so the room was musty. Breakfast was decent – hard to go wrong with hotel waffles. I would probably look for a step up next time.

They were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were great, clean, and comfortable. However, the running water in shower was very low pressure. Overall stall was great.

I would say that the breakfast selection was a bit sparse but it was acceptable

We were put in a room that was actually already rented and had to be switched to a different room. When booking my room an added 2 adults 1 pet $264. I had to then pay a $50 pet deposit when I got there. Was not aware of any pet deposit during booking.

Very clean, safe room and helpful staff. Breakfast was simple.

Everything was ok

Do not expect much for breakfast. Little Debbie donuts in the Danish case. No fresh fruit. Coffee was good and fresh.

Door didn’t lock. Toilet barely flushed. “Breakfast” was some jars of cereal, slices of bread and stale english muffins.

We just needed a place to sleep. Could not beat the price and we had no complaints about anything.

Management was very nice

The bedding was old and very thin. The refrigerator squealed off and on all night. The 'continental breakfast' was way below par for a room I paid over $100 for. The entire decor was very old and outdated. More like a $45 to $50 a night room. Certainly not worth $116.

Good area, close to food, shopping, short ride to downtown Pontiac. Booked in February for May dates, had booked a room with w disability access/non smoking. When i arrived I was told that the room I had was still first floor but not handicap accessable. My concern was a rail to get in and out of the shower as I have some mobility issues. The person checking me in said it had something to do with the Booking.com site yet my paperwork from February 13, 2026, said I could have a room with Disability access. I also had stated I needed first floor access. I got an email from the motel saying OK. In the end I checked in and was told he (night person) would be able to give me a first floor room. It was late and there was no conversation except it was Booking.com's fault. The room was clean, there were 2 queen beds, only 1 was really soft enough to sleep on, and I did my best with the shower situation. Easy access out the back door and parking was close by. Room was very clean and once I got the hang of the TV (no paperwork instructions) I was fine. Has a frig and microwave. A good value for the time I needed to be in Pontiac. Next time if I book there I will bring my own shower safety bar - I have one I travel with when the rooms booked are not listed as accessable. My paperwork indicated I had a room that had shower handles so I had left it home. Lesson learned if I use Booking.com again.

Was ok for a more affordable place but the building is old and you can hear everything and everyone around you.

Have an elevator to 2nd floor

The breakfast variety was disappointing. It’s not a continental breakfast, but rather a breakfast bar as shown in the listing. The only options were cereal, waffles or oatmeal. The cleanliness of the bathroom was poor. There was a huge urine stain on the toilet from a previous guest that was never cleaned up. The vending machines either didn’t work at all, or only took cash.

There was mold in the bathroom. They only gave a sheet and a blanket no comforter, so I was cold at night. The beds were old and uncomfortable. The room was dusty. It was dark and dingy in the room.
