City Express by Marriott Pooler Savannah Airport

This was not a good stay our room wasn’t ready when we got there we couldn’t check in until 6 an was supposed to at 4 …we found blood on our sheets they was still cleaning our room when they gave us the key to go to the room and one of our room didn’t have air I was hot an miserable talk to the lady at the front desk she said she was gone give me Marriott points an take 50 dollars off each one of my rooms an its 4 days later an we haven’t received anything I will not be going back there an I don’t recommend nobody to stay there the lady act like she was gone do so much an didn’t do NOTHING!!!! Only thing good about our stay was checking out

Very clean and comfortable. Staff worked hard to get through the remodedeling period they have been caught up in.

The pool was closed, there were no batteries in the tv remote, and the shower soap was empty. However, the breakfast was great.

Excellent well located quality vs price hôtel. Close to the airport snd the breakfast was great. Very helpful stuff as well

Good Points: Breakfast was good, staffs were cooperative, Airport shuttle service was very helpful. Even they hired an Uber for me when the assigned vehicle was not available. Areas of improvement: Room assignment and management- I was assigned a room (325) which was not cleaned. Balloons all over the room, open coke can, trash etc. Assigned another room (323) room was clean but with no curtain. Full lights were coming whole night made me awake the entire night. 3rd floor hallway smells moldy, lack of temperature management in hallway.

Will be staying at this hotel again! Very clean and the breakfast was fantastic. We had an issue with our room key, but the hotel staff was so accommodating in moving us to a different room, which I believe was nicer than the one I booked!

The hotel was cleaned and the staff was nice. When I went down for coffee, there was none prepared.

I love how easy it was to get off and on 95. Also the staff were so helpful in making sure we had coffee and other essentials . However the hotel was undergoing a switch over to Marriott. and things were a little off. Like the pool was being closed for repairs. We could'nt get a room on first floor. but it worked out fine. There is a elevator and cart to aid a smooth check- in for anyone with mobility issues. Over all it was very pleasant. I would do it again.

the first room I had smelled like urine but I was given another room and it was better, I did not like the 100.00 hold they placed on my card.

The room was clean and the property was well maintained. It was close to Savannah and Tybee but affordable since there was about a 20 minute drive. Lots of shopping nearby and restaurants. We felt very safe in and around the property.

What really stood out was how the team went above and beyond to ensure our check-in process was smooth and that our entire stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to customer service made a great impression on us. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay. Thank you to the staff for making our visit such a pleasant one!

First the pool. Not so good. It was very dirty and we found a couple large roaches and a large centipede. The door to get into the pool was broken. The elevator was questionable and didn’t smell very clean. The stairwell was worse. Just felt very dirty the entire time. Ice machine did not work on floors 2 or 3. Overall not what I expect from a Marriott. It is my understanding they just acquired the property. So maybe in time it’ll improve. The front desk girl was very helpful and friendly. No complaints about the staff.
