No elevator. Apparently only one luggage cart for the entire property

Our room was nice and cool. The refrigerator was turned on and ready to use. The amenities were fine, the bottles of soaps and shampoos were kind of small for my husband, he would have used a whole bottle of body wash, we had brought our own anyway. The floors in our room were very dirty and either left our feet or our socks black! The bath towels were very thin and skimpy. There was a super strong and violent thunderstorm that knocked out the power to the hotel. We waited for about an hour to see if it would come back on. It did not, so we went to a local restaurant a mile away, Terra Mia, for dinner. They had power! By the time we returned to the hotel, around 9:30 pm, the power had recently been restored.

The entrance smelled of cigarettes. There was a run-down international restaurant near the entrance with heavy smokers. The room was dirty and the bathrooms were filthy. It has a good location but they need to improve the cleanliness.

We had a king suite, we had 2 dogs, so we had a huge enclosed patio that my dogs loved to run around. It was a great price for the 4th of July weekend. Beds were awesome. My only negative was the breakfast was just okay. But it was really convenient to downtown Savannah, and I would recommend to anyone. Just know that it's not a 5 star luxury resort. But its clean, quiet, convenient and inexpensive.

Real little refrigerator that didn't work. Had to put ice packs in hotel 's kitchen refrigerator. Also. Bad house keeping in bathroom. Staff where friendly enough, but no one offered us any compensation for our inconvenience.

We truly enjoy our stay and the breakfast buffet was amazing and the chef that made our omelettes was super nice.
-
Sean the breakfast chef was making omelets to order and also uplifting everyone mood with music, singing and jokes. This made experience more enjoyable and memorable. Also it’s near the pond so was great to hear frogs singing in the pond.

Muy sucio, mal olor, desayuno muy limitado.
-
Nothing like the pictures shows. The room was very dirty, bathroom with hair on the floor. Very bad experience. Never again!
-
There was no elevator so a family with lots of luggage would struggle to get to the room.
-
The bed was very comfortable and the room overall was clean, however, the baseboards were caked with dust, so the room obviously never gets a deep-clean, as baseboards are neglected. None of the negatives I mentioned are deal-breakers to me, but something to consider if important to you. The best part about my stay was breakfast in the morning. There was a very entertaining and sweet gentleman named Shaun who was making omelets for everyone. They were delicious, and Shaun was a delight! He was very accommodating and you could tell he wanted to make your morning enjoyable, which he did.🤗

The breakfast was terrible. The tables were not clean. The bathrooms were not clean the next morning after they had a event in the event room. The sleeping room were clean and the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful.
-
Was given a room that had an extremely loud AC unit, wasted an hour trying to sleep with that noise, finally had enough and switched to a different room. The breakfast was terrible. Watered down coffee, hard French Toast and powered eggs. There also was an extension cord running from the building by the side entrance to a RV parked in the parking lot.
-
The room and shower weren’t very clean. There was a heavy smell of incense. Staff was very friendly.
