Cottonwood Suites Savannah Hotel & Conference Center

Definitely more of a conference center than hotel just some weird large spaces make it kind of feel utopian I guess, all in all totally normal hotel. They do have a gym, which is nice, but multiple machines were malfunctioning/out of service.

The facility is old and worn, poorly maintained, not clean, very noisy. I would NOT recommend this hotel. Quite frankly, it qualified as a dump. The two outlet bathroom light switch had only one switch, the other side was a hole with visible wires. The bed was uncomfortable, pillows were hard, the air conditioner couldn’t be adjusted, control panel was non functional. Stay away from this place.

The room was very clean, a few cosmetic issues ( paint, etc) but was very pleased with my stay thus far. The breakfast was really good for my very busy schedule while on my visit. I would recommend Cottonwood Suites for the budget minded.

Old hotel needs some help

Very nice rooms, very comfortable beds, extra clean throughout, excellent breakfast, very well maintained, affordable property. Staff were very professional and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

We were moved and the second was better but the showere faucet needed repairs good. S

The smell in the hallways was strong of something musty like mold and or cigarette smoke which may prevent me from recommending and staying again as the smell was a bit too strong for my comfort. We were on the back left corner hall

They kept putting us in the same room which was okay would have liked to see how the other rooms were laid out. When they did move me they was doing renovations on the

TV stunk 5 channels lighting by sink could be brighter

Helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and AC worked great. It’s an older property but looks like some things have been refurbished. In our case, the bedroom was well kept and big in size, but the bathroom could certainly use an upgrade. Breakfast was good. Hot items were french toast, scrambled eggs, sausage and diced potatoes, and make your own waffles. They even had an omelet station. The pool looked nice but didn’t use since we were just passing through. Quiet location with plenty of parking. I would stay there again.

Facility is out dated, mold in the restroom and roaches. Facility is unsecured. RV unit parked and aloud to run extension cord for electrical power.

The room is big but other than that not comfortable The staff sucks. I went down to get two towels and two white rags and she come back with two towels no wash rag and then I said where’s the rags she gave me one rag and then when I asked for two for us, the second one she got a attitude like I did something wrong, but I asked you for two wise rags and two towels they unprofessional, and she did it in front of other customers

The property was clean and well maintained. The rooms seemed have been updated pretty recently, and the beds are comfortable.

I stayed in 2022 and it was top notch! We just stayed again, and although it wasnt bad, it wasnt anywhere near as nice, it was empty, not welcoming at all. Seems not cared for.
