Excellent customer service. The lady at the front desk was very informative and told me the information I needed to know about reserving their banquet hall. Plenty of parking, clean rooms, and comfortable bed.

The breakfast is great, everything is fresh and very tasty. The rooms were great smelled great and very clean prices are wonderful

Everything was just okay. This room will do for an overnight. The room was warm and I had the thermostat on 66 degrees.

The place was clean. The staff was nice.

Our stay was decent. Facility appears to be under upgrades but staff was very helpful and allowed us to check in early.

Absolutely wonderful! Renovated, nice carpet in the hallways, gym, large space, great breakfast, even body lotion is provided which is rare. Pool is huge and deck by the pool spacious, walkable area around, especially for dogs (a great plus for us). Coffee quality is good as well and cold water by the front. Breakfast is higher quality with delicious waffles and egg station. Room has microwave and fridge! Clean also because of non carpeted room. Nice staff as well! Highly recommend!!!

On a budget this will do. Bed was very good and soft. We were happy enough with breakfast buffet and pool. On the negative side—run down with construction needs everywhere, shower was rusty and looked like a horror scene. Would not stay again, even though everybody was nice. Just need to reinvest in the property.

Rooms were very clean and fresh. Staff and service is awesome. They have good amount of amenities and the property is in good condition. They have big pool too. I enjoyed my stay.

No carpet in the rooms, hairs found in the shower, lobby furniture old and tattered. The furniture in the rooms was unclean, used, and dirty.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, which reflects positively on the team. Breakfast was simple and repetitive during the week, but the weekend omelette chef was definitely something guests could look forward to—a highlight that added value to the stay. The pool area was enjoyable, though the furniture was in noticeably tattered condition. I was informed that replacements are planned soon, which will greatly improve the space once completed. One area that requires improvement is record‑keeping when guests request extensions to their stay. It is important that all extensions are properly documented so every team member—especially those coming on during shift changes—is fully aware of updated departure dates. Strengthening this process will help avoid confusion, ensure smooth transitions between shifts, and maintain the high standard of service our guests expect. Overall, Clarke Inn Savannah Airport Hotel/Cottonwood Suites is a valued member of the team, and with more consistent documentation practices, their performance will continue to grow even stronger.
