The manager Nick is so nice professional and cool person … I love my days is this property

We stayed in a suite that had a separate living room and it was fantastic. We were on the third floor which was no problem because the hotel has an elevator. The hot breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage was a nice surprise. I didn't know the hotel served that when I booked it, as I couldn't tell from the hotel's photos. They should add a photo of what they provide for breakfast. The staff were very nice, and we will definitely return in the future.

Breakfast was so so. Had to ask for extra bedding for pullout never gave sheet, pullout was broken and room smelled. Last day there came in from outside and there where roaches all over the wall and stairs

Front desk staff was nice . The room was not the cleanest , I had to clean tub before my Granddaughter could take a bath . Dust in corners . Pool area was not very clean and the pool is not properly maintained, water is murky and greenish . People were walking around property smoking pot , I picked this hotel due to the indoor pool which was unusable

The place looked as if it was missing furniture in our room. The carpet was very nasty and the room had a smell so we had to go our and get carpet and air freshner. The main this was that my daughter and I both had roaches in our room literally and I took a picture of the one in my room. Also, we wanted to get in the pool but when we went there, the pool water was green. I will not be returning to this hotel for sure.

Poorly maintained, gym seem like it has never been vacuumed, NO ac in the room and to make matters worse i got a non smoking room and rug smelt like straight cigarettes

Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good as well as the coffee. The stay was much better than I expected.

The breakfast was really nice, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from each morning. Overall, the service was outstanding, and the hotel provided a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I bruised my leg on the metal bed frame that pokes out from the mattress. The room it self was horrible and dingy. I was not pleased with my stay not one bit.

Light in the bathroom wasn't working, lobby and hotel smells like marijuana, house keeping didn't clean the room until I asked on the 2nd day. Breakfast was ok.

Always nice, convenient on and off 95.

Room was clean and staff was excellent. Great location. Beds weren't bad just not as comfortable as I was hoping. Couch was hard. The pool wasn't great...it was green. But overall it wasn't too bad.

Right off of 81 which was great. Very nice room.

The room looked clean at first glance. However, when checking the bed we noticed that the pillows and bedsheets had stains on them. We’re not sure if they were changed from the previous guest. Since the phone in our room was not working I had walk down to the front desk to request for new pillows and bedsheets. Had to change them out ourselves. The carpet looked old and worn with stains. The bathroom had a faint smell of cigarette. The thermostat that controlled the A/C did not function properly as we could not lower or raise the temperature. The bed’s wooden headboard also had oily stains. Just an overall disappointing experience. This is the first time we stayed at Baymont and will avoid it in the future.
