Booked an accessible room in June. Got confirmation as I booked through a third party. Called the hotel the same day to confirm . Arrived in September for our stay and was booked into an regular room. Asked if they could make any other accommodation. They refused to even lower the bed height for transfer. He was unable to use the shower or toilet as he is quadriplegic. To be fair , I was annoyed . I asked them to comp the room and they denied . I told them is actually a federal law ...and was told it was an overbooking issue. That's when the front desk manager called me and told me I needed to check out immediately. Said she would call the police. I told her to call them and really believed police would stand up to this nonsense. 3 officers arrived at my hotel door and told us we had ro leave. We complied. I still have the hotel charge on my card. Thankfully our daughter found us other accessible accommodation. I am not one to write bad reviews but this left us embarrassed and humiliated because of no fault of our own.i even apologized to the front desk staff as this wasn't her fault that this situation could have been dealt with in a dignified manner.

The pictures of Hotel and rooms on booking.com are different than what you can experience at the hotel. In the last many years, this has been the worst experience ever. Dirty carpets, smelly rooms, elevator with problems. The bedsheet and pillows had a very bad smell. I checked-in late and I was wishing when morning comes and I could leave this place. The wifi never works in the rooms and if you need to use it, you have to come down to the lobby. This has been terrible and I couldn't forget and take out the annoying smell out of my head the whole day. The washroom taps had problems, and the shower area all looked like 1970s. From outside, they have put good decoration but the moment you enter the lobby, you are greeted with bad smell and then it stays with you during your trip. Everything. There was nothing to like about this place.

This is not a great place to stay. There was a heavy smell of mild. Holes in my sheets. Dirty washcloths in the bathroom. The elevator sounded as if it was ready to break. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. There was also light coming under door that did not lock properly.
