Great play for a night stay
-
This location promises breakfast included. My expectations are not huge. But in this case, management is being deliberately cheap. They offered what staff explained to me is "the bare minimum required by the franchise". They were not out of supply -- basics were deliberately excluded. We had coffee, but no regular creamer. No salt/pepper for hard boiled eggs. No juice or drink for children or non-coffee drinkers (and no de-caf). Yogurts were deliberately put into the fridge and available only during the last 20 minutes of the breakfast period. No milk, no oatmeal or cereals. No paper plates. There were boiled eggs, and a variety of breakfast bars, coffee, and two bottles of Coffee-Mate syrup: vanilla and sweet cream. That's it. No coffee or coffee pots in the rooms. Bring your own breakfast. If you have kids, bring your own drinks. Advice to the motel -- you're better off stating no breakfast than offering something so pathetic and misrepresented. There are plenty of other options in the area that have more respect for their guests.

The place was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. The room was very comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

Disappointing

The staff was rarely at the desk. When we arrived the front desk clerk was out back chatting with friends and didn’t come in until after I had been standing there for a minute. In the morning there was no one at the desk to check out. The room we have stayed at other extended stay americas and this one was probably the worst.

wonderful as always

Comfortable room, nice stay.

Really enjoyed our one night stay! We were checking in late caused by traffic delays while traveling. I called ahead to the front desk and they were able to accommodate our late arrival. The front desk manager, Monica, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She searched high and low for batteries for the tv remote in our room. The check out process was easy as well. Hotel was clean and in a safe area with plenty of dining and shopping options very close by.

Nice room and great bed. Kitchen useless without plates snd silverware. Not worth the trouble to ask for it for one night. You should provide the basics! Nothing on the room explained how to get on wifi. Only rec’d one room key.

Just don’t think I’d return - other hotels with better amenities and same price nearby.

The star was very friendly and personable! The location was perfect! It was great!
-
Location good. Some staffers were cheerful. The facilities were in substandard condition. The lock on my door malfunctioned—a regular occurrence, according to the maintenance man—so I had to change rooms. In the next room, the toilet ran continuously, so I had to change rooms again. In the third room, the stove didn't work. Despite all this, management made no effort to compensate me for the trouble, even after watching me lug all my belongings from room to room, which was arduous and time-consuming. I elected not to complain.

The room was clean. The wifi was "free," but you have to pay extra for wifi with any speed. You have to ask for kitchen gear. The hotel is designed for people staying multiple days. As I was only staying for one night, I don't think I was the desired demographic.

Not really approachable. Standoffish not wanting to be bothered.

Room smelled like mold. Room did not feel clean. Dirty walls. Hallway carpet gross. Good location.
-
Decent stay. Certainly all right for the price.
