Extended Stay America Premier Suites Savannah Pooler

The rooms were clean. AC wasn't great at all this time. We've stayed there a few times because of the location, but the rooms are spotty with how well they are maintained. This last time, we got up in the morning and noticed there was no shower curtain. I past on the shower instead of calling since we needed to leave. My wife washed her hair in the sink.

Friendly staff. The room was very spacious and the full kitchen was very convenient and was a main reason for us choosing to stay at this hotel.

Bed feels like sleeping on concrete, and pillows are awful. toilet was stopped up when I arrived to room. AC causes humidity in room and makes floor slippery . But it was cheap and location was good.

No nonsense accommodation, clean and affordable.

There was a recliner in the room but there was difficulty in getting it to work. Expected a walk in shower and had a shower with a tub.

The bare necessities in the room. Outlets on one wall did not work. Kind of sketchy a place. Our room was the first room on the right from the side entrance that people were going in and out of all night to smoke butts or whatever they were doing. Sounded like they were a team of horses upstairs running around. It did not compare to our accommodations that we had the night before. Our breakfast was not what we expected. First morning we had a sit down breakfast we all the fixings.The second stay was grab and go very little to choose from. The difference in cost between the two places was minimal, but the second place did not have the accommodations or the atmosphere of the first place that we stayed at. I will continue to reserve through Expedia, but I hope to get better results on our way home. The rating you gave for the one in Pooler, Georgia did not meet our expectations at all. I need

It was spacious and the room was clean and nicely laid out. My only complaints is the hallway and stair wells wreaked and not having coffee till 6:00 is not good for us early risers.

Location is great, right next to Tanger outlets with tons of nice restaurants. My personal favorite is one Korean BBQ which is fully packed. Room is cozy, clean and comfortable with a nice kitchen. Breakfast is free with good and simple choices. This is my second time staying at this hotel. Still love it. Front desk staff charged us twice. We r still waiting for the refund.

Staff was helpful and kind

This is my second time staying at the hotel. I enjoyed the hotel and the access all the stores near it. The staff was very nice and very professional. I enjoyed it and the to go breakfast is convenient. This time I didn't get to enjoy breakfast because someone had a trash bag and took most of the food, which I thought was inconsiderate and rude considering other people haven't eaten. It was still early and no one was around, but it isn't the staff fault. I still would come back and stay. Everything was great. It was clean and cool.

The front desk attendant was extremely helpful on check-in and gave us hospitality Savannah is known for. Thank you for making our stay memorable!
