Pretty. New hotel. Very clean, and convenient, just off of the interstate. Quiet, easy check in.

We stayed for a week for a baseball tournament at LSU. Hotel was very clean and staff was excellent. Clean towels every day, beds made and room cleaned every day. Breakfast was hot and full every morning. Hotel had happy hour every night with all you can eat nachos and free drinks, just need to advertise it in the lobby. The stay was great.

The property was quiet. The trash cans outside were full. While checking the room out when we first got there someone walked into the room saying it was their room and we had just checked in. The staff fixed it but that was dangerous. Will not be staying at this property again.

The hotel and room were clean, overall. However, the room walls were dirty. The beds were comfortable but the hotel phone was broken and I could not reach the front desk. When using the text feature, no one ever responded. EVER! I had to use Google to find the hotel’s number and use my mobile device. Even still, the request to put ice in the ice maker was ignored. Lastly, the water to the sink flowed slowly. I’d stay again but I think that the customer service could be improved and a more detailed cleaning of the rooms and equipment can be done.

Staff was extremely helpful and everything was very clean. The pool was cloudy and needed to be cleaned. Our air stopped working in our room but staff had us change rooms directly next door. Zero hassle.

The beds were extremely comfortable; check in was easy. There's no towels by the pool and when we checked out our son left his headphones on the bed we were gone 5 minutes down the road and house keeping said they were not in there

The room was very nice and clean . Beds were comfortable . Did not have time for breakfast .That’s what sucks about 8:00 Baseball games .. Price was great for the Quality of this place . I would give it a 10 and would stay here again.
