La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Baton Rouge - Port Allen

This was a very nice hotel, very clean, very quiet and very well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with a very clean breakfast bar. Only issue was no soap for shower, very minor issue especially with all the other amenities. Will stay at this location on my next visit to Baton Rouge

When I arrived the gentleman at the register tells me I reserved a Handicap Accesible room which I didnt even realize I did (had i noticed i wouldnt have selected). He asked me if i was handicapped and if not if I could switch I said its fine i dont care I didnt realize it I just booked the room that said sleeps 5 because we are a family of 5. My husband and I, 2 teens and a 3 yo toddler. Most rooms I get like this have a pull out/ sofa bed. I told him as long as I can get the room for the 5 people hes like oh its 5 for a baby...what? All the other rooms said sleep 4 this specific request said 5. I get to the room still the ♿️ accedible room with only 2 queens. If Its not for 5 people do not put 5 people. What if my toddler was a bigger child? We had a 10 hr drive the next day and it was not a good night's rest. Aside from that the room was dirty. There was dried urine on the toilet seat and the bed sheets had stains on them.

Hotel room was clean the hotel lobby and common areas were extremely clean and fresh the staff was very kind!

I stayed here for 2 nights for a family trip. The bed was so comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the breakfast was tasty! I spent about an hour with my feet in the pool. I did see some bugs in the pool but I think that's expected in the south especially when a storm was about to roll in. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again in the future.

The waffles for breakfast were great and so was the sausage, but that is all i ate. Big variety to choise from. Parking was convenient and safe. The room could have been a bit cleaner.

The property was very well lit and clean. Best nights stay off any hotel on our trip cross country this week.

Nice locations and easy accessible. Bathroom water took forever to get warm but no other issues.

Rooms were nice! Breakfast was good. Pool was small and cloudy.

Was just looking for a basic layover for a road trip stop and that’s what I got. Staff on arrival seemed grumpy they had to check me in. Room was clean and comfortable however AC wouldn’t go below 74 and the shower head would not stay upright to shower. Had to hold the shower head to use. Breakfast was usual eggs, sausage, biscuits. We were first there and food was just coming out of kitchen….COLD or barely lukewarm. The 2% milk was spoiled. Dead roach on floor by the coffee stand was final nail in my displeasure. When asked by front desk about the stay I attempted to explain the above and the gentleman nodded head then turned away from me while I was still speaking and mumbled he would let mgmt. know. Won’t stay there again.

New hotel so very nice.

Spacious room. Bed was comfortable. Easy access to parking. Breakfast was standard, clean dining area.

Helpful staff, nice rooms, good breakfast. Pretty on the inside and outside. Highly recommend.
