The breakfast sucked, they didn't even have water available let alone juices other than orange. The eggs were also terrible.

Easy check-in/out. Breakfast was a variety of foods and plenty of tables. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Convenient location for our needs. Older motel that shows its wear and has its smells. We were able to change to a different room as the previous room smelled very moldy. Maybe it's the carpet??

Most of the staff was very kind. The breakfast bar was kept fresh.

The housekeeper walked in my room unannounced at 7:47 am. That was very disturbing and it violated my privacy.

The hotel was in a quiet and close area to LSU for our travel needs. It need some upkeep and the elevator stop working while some guest were inside of it. Housekeeping needs to come everyday to refresh rooms especially before guest arrives to check-in.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was very easy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere of the hotel was very calming and serene. The breakfast was very nice. The rooms were very clean, but the only problem was that they did not have an extra amount of sheets for the rooms. The check-out process was fairly easy as well. The parking and parking lot area was nice as well.
