Comfort Suites Port Allen - Baton Rouge

A roof over my head The rooms had cheap small throw pillows on the bed like 8 of them to make up for real pillows. The towels smelled mildewed as if they were not cleaned properly. Smelled like an Indian restaurant as well. Horrible place, will never go back there l.

Will not clean room if not out by 10 am.

Superb

Smelled really bad and the sheets and towels needed bleaching

Nice property nice and clean no weird smells

Breakfast was typical of most restaurants. Location was excellant Although I was on the 3rd floor, I expected drapes that were dark when closed. To many lights from outside

Bad

For the most part the hotel was nice and clean the only problem was there were roaches crawling around need a insect spray man

Property is dilapidated and has a pungent odor of mildew in the rooms. Linen was stained and presentented as unclean. I immediately checked out and was still charged for the stay.

There wasn’t anything really impressive, there was a mildew smell that they tried to cover up with some type of air freshener. There was mold on the walls. It needs to be updated, also the housekeeping comes by very early in the morning around 8:30 am then when I asked for them to come back around 12:00 pm he replied with no in 30 minutes. When I left I asked the woman doing housekeeping she cleaned it. The sample lotion bottle in the bathroom was empty before use. The toilet tissue holder was some rinky dink rusted out something they put up. I didn’t even eat breakfast, just used it to sleep. Wouldn’t stay there again nor recommend.

It was such a huge room for the small price! Very comfortable and beautiful area! Loved it. Staff was super accommodating! Quiet place to recharge while working. I’ll be back, on business.
