Me quede por 4 noches aqui. La primera fue una completa pesadia. Solo dire que la habitacion 243 no debe de ser asignada a ningun ser humano, eso fue una pesadilla. Estabamos tan agotados que simplemente no reclamamos, Al dia siguiente pedimos se nos cambiara de habitacion y muy amablemente lo hicieron y fue una diferencia de 180 grados. Total y completamente una diferencia abismal en todo. Me volveria a quedar aqui, pero en caso de un reclamo no esperare hasta el dia sigueinte.

Not as advertised in pictures. The photos make it seem as though the rooms are in good shape, but we stayed in a room with filthy carpet that smelled and burn holes in our sheets. The bathroom was photographed being clean and relatively well kept, but when we got there we saw black stains and the bathroom itself was filthy and there were hairs on our towels.

Dirty and Noisy! NO PILLOW COVERS!!! Absolutely the worst place I habe ever been. No pillow covers. When lifted up the pillow brown color bugs start running away. Wasn't able take pics quick. Looks like a tick. No hairdryer as well. Because of the bugs we had to sleep in the car. Manager denied any refunds. Terrible place.

Feel funny. It’s unfathomable To me that it is getting ratings in the high 7s. It’s cheap, the sheets are clean, but it is dumpy. I would not stay there again. I feel let down by Hotels.com.

It's a trucker inn, you know? But it's a pretty good one. A comfy bed and a clean room and a little television. A deep bath, and strong hot shower too. It's about the nicest quality I could've expected. Housekeeping kept the place in perfect shape. And that AC unit puts in work! Great little place between vacation stops. The rooms do smell musty and the pool was drained, which is a shame. It's right off the truck stop (obviously) so it's quite noisy on that side if you're put there.
