It’s in a good location The staff was subpar, not bad, not good neutral. There was some rust on the furniture and the housekeeping is rude and Knox two or three hours before your check out disturbing your sleep.

Location A little run down to be a new facility, room had a sort of musty, heavy work smell

Every time you turned around it’s a small roach crawling , room smelled really bad, first floor room SUCKS

Worst place ever found mold under my bed in walls then took the cover off pillow and full of mold if have Yung kids or asma don't stay here and no refund by the way

The check in was smooth but when we got to the room they had dead roaches on the floor, a roach on the bathroom and the tv didn’t work was told I had to wait until the manager come the next morning very unacceptable. Was offered a different room are anything. Will not be staying here again

I will not be going back to this hotel. They sold my room out from under me and offered no apology or compensation. I was left with only an option to get an inferior room for more money. Don’t book a room with these people they will not hold it even after you’ve already booked and paid in full for the room. Buyer beware

The room was fairly decent even tho they put me in a handicap room. I been staying at this hotel since last October and the rooms are always dirty. I have to sweep and mop my room every time I stay there, the blinds are broke and will not roll up on some rooms, every microwave has heavy rust on the doors as soon as u open them up. The refrigerator is never cleaned, old food and crumbs always in there. Every single towel in that hotel has hair on them from somebody else and stains. All the pillow cases have stains on them, all the sheets have hairs all over them. I always bring my own blankets and pillow because of it. I only stay here because I currently am not getting perdiem so I do what I have to do. A lot of this stuff could be fixed fairly easy but they choose not to spend the money. This time I stayed I went in early in the day to reserve my room because I rather stay on the 2nd floor. They told me I was good then when I get off of work at 7 pm they give me a 3rd story room with the elevator out of order. The halls stink, the carpets are heavily stained and looks like they have never been cleaned. I could go on and on. I do not understand how they get a 8.0 rating on hotels. Com. The irons always have burned clothing on them, half the parking lot floods because of poor draining so if it rains the night before and u part in that area then better hope u have water proof boots and put your pant legs in ur boots. The staff is nice but not willing to help u at all with anyt.

Rooms were not cleaned properly, hairs, mucous, dirty dishes, and bed linen. Mrs. Veronica was not helpful at all.
