Nothing Not clean! Smell mariuana all over

I stayed in the hotel for 2 days. The first morning waking up there was a huge cockroach in my room. The tv didn’t work and the bed was hard as hell. The toilet made running noises all night.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY AT THIS HOTEL NOR RECOMMEND IT!!!

The place was nasty, room dirty, room floors not mopped, cob webs all over room, linen worn looking, pillows floppy and lumpy, facility run down, ice machine had black sludge in corners and water leakage, srairwell and walways had stains and chewedgum, elevator surface scratched and sections of wall missing and gouges. Didn't stay there. They wouldn't give me a refund even though I called ahead to cancel and didn't stay. Would not recommend them to a dirty flea. Looked like a roach motel where people lived not staying for short visits to the area. Guests hanging out outside of rooms. Room looked and smelled bad.

Staff was good the bed caved in, the shower only worked on warm water. If you turn clockwise to cold setting water would turn off. Pool water great. The workout room was always hot the A/c didn’t work well. Housekeeping did only trash, replace towels and sheets. Bring your own broom and mop.

La Habitación con mucho olores a humedad, el baño sobre todo la ducha vieja con aspecto incómodo para utilizar. el techo con la pintura levantada. no lo recomiendo.
