Motel 6 Port Allen, LA - Baton Rouge

The AC was great, the staff were nice and quick, the only thing were the sheets had what looked like grease stains but they didn’t stink and they smelled clean so i’m guessing they were just stains from body oils. The stains weren’t colored or anything.

Nice quiet place to stay

The staff was magnificent and the area was quiet and clean.

I had to request a refund, me and my 2 year old had to leave at 2 am in the morning there were bed bugs all over one of the beds when i pulled the cover back

The room has such a bad odor. The bedding on the bed had an odor as well. The outlet on the wall didn’t work . Bed not comfortable at all. Will not be staying there again. .

The bedding was dirty: hair, dirt and stains on it. When we went and asked front staff for new bedding, they said they would bring it to us but after 30+ minutes never did, so we went back to front office for it. Shower was filthy and had hair in it. Bugs in bathroom and bead bugs on head board. The floors were dirty, counters and nightstand were sticky. And overall wear of room.

The first room the lights didn't work. The second room the floor was filthy and the sheets had cigarette burns. What a disappointment.

The bathroom was dirty when we arrived, and I specifically asked the front desk if someone could come clean it. I was told no. That was unacceptable. Guests should not have to stay in a room with a dirty bathroom, especially after bringing the issue directly to staff. The employees were not helpful or accommodating, and there was very little concern shown about the cleanliness problem. The property also seemed to function more like an extended-stay or housing-assistance hotel than a typical Motel 6, and the overall condition reflected that. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it unless the cleanliness and customer service improve significantly.

It was priced cheap and you get what you pay for. For what I paid for the room couldn’t expect anything more or modern it was just a simple room for a night I didn’t like the beds not enough pillows the mattress covers underneath the sheets what’s up with that like they were messed up or may had been nasty I really don’t know I didn’t destroy bed to look was too tired to really inspect the whole room just me my family went and crashed after a long day in sun from playing ball and ild loved that maybe it would have had a pool to jump in after a long hot day to chill out by but nope no pool cemented up but like I said you get what you pay for

Place is a slumhouse.

Room was dated with broken items outlets and shower. Slumlord living at its finest. Homeless people all around at all hours, drug use, loud cars and police. Mind you I work long days and dreaded going to back to that hotel. Don't stay there.
