Port Angeles Inn

Very convenient place to stay for those traveling for the national park. Quick walk to the port. The staff was nice and welcoming. Room definitely dated but clean enough. However the shower definitely could have been better maintained. The grout in the shower was definitely icky black and peeling and some of caulk around the shower tub was peeling off. The grout in the shower tiles were just not pleasant to look it. Not sure if it's just permanently stained that color.

Location was great in terms of view and access to 1st and Front Street restaurants & shops via a connecting stairwell. The room was clean, and the staff friendly. Negatives were the bed, which sagged in the middle, offering poor quality sleep for us both, and the in-room coffee, which was horrible.

The view was lovely. The hotel was comfortable and quiet but very outdated! I'd never seen dark brown grout used in a bathroom.

This is a motel, not an “Inn” so keep in mind when booking. It’s VERY old and badly dated. Sheets and blanket on beds were paper thin. Parking was convenient, the property was clean and the staff person at the front desk was especially helpful. Didn’t meet our expectations, but I’m not sure there are any decent hotels in Port Angeles.

Minimal breakfast selection

Reasonable basic accommodation, with simple breakfast included. Parking available, but limited space. If you have a room on the West side, you'll get amazing bay views. Short walk to ferry terminal and downtown.

Good room with an exceptional view of the Port A Harbor. We had a nice breeze at night but our room had no A/C. Just a fan. Not sure if entire hotel was like that. Close to downtown and places to eat and shop. Loved going whale watching from the port . We were happy to see there was an elevator but the check in person did not mention that breakfast was available or what times . Overall it was a good stay

Microwave and refrigerator were well-maintained and sufficient for my purposes. Room was more spacious than expected. It was nice to have a table by the window, rather than just the one on the inside wall. I got the harbor view as promised, but there were a few telephone poles and wires that were in the way. The mattress was quite firm, more firm than I like; it could take up to one hour plus before I was able to fall asleep. A short note/placard on how to bring up popular or local TV channels would have been helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was eager to answer all my travel questions. They made suggestions of downtown eateries, and they were “spot on”! The property has basic accommodations, which are for people that don’t want to spend a fortune on a motel. The motel also had a nice assortment of food items for a continental breakfast! The staff alone, makes the stay here worthwhile, while also being only two blocks from downtown stores and restaurants.

You can tell the place is an older building; but it has been taken care of very well. Loved the view of the bay and the walking distance to downtown and the farmers market Everything was clean We didn’t need to ask for anything, everything was taken care of for us. Thank you for a relaxing stay

Nice place with a view of the Pacific Ocean.

The shadiest hotel/inn i have stayed at. Seemed like a place where me and my wife would not be comfortable or felt safe staying at. Additionally, breakfast was a joke with just yogurt and bread. Not even a bagel and cream cheese

Arrived well before check-in but room was ready. Nice room w/view of water. Exceptionally clean...good job! Staff was friendly and helpful regarding restaurant, which was at the wharf, table overlooked the water and food delicious.

Small dark dumpy room. Location only thing it has going for it. Never stay there again.

This property is definitely showing its age, but the view makes up for it. We experienced some plumbing issues, specifically the cold water in the shower literally took about 15 seconds to start flowing, leading us to wonder if we were stuck with scalding hot showers. Wi-fi was sluggish at best. Decent, though fairly limited, breakfasts included. Clean, but well worn. The view of the Port Angeles harbor was definitely the highlight of the stay.
