The bathroom faucet was extremely difficult to use—we had to call the front desk for help late at night. Considering the room rate of around $450 per night, I expected a much better overall experience.

Our room was clean. Bed was comfortable but it was very small. We stayed in the older part but paid over $350 for a room. I could not believe how expensive this hotel has become. I’ve stayed waterfront before for a lot less. It was adequate but certainly overpriced. Amenities were very little.

I excepted much more from this hotel. If you are paying $150 or under it might be ok but this is an older dingy hotel that smells and feels just like that. The location is great but that is the only good thing about this place. There was mold in the shower and overall just kinda sad.

We loved the location. It was within walking distance of several restaurants. Parking was easy. Check-in was smooth and easy. There’s a restaurant on site but we walked to the Wharf instead. Ice machines were located throughout the hotel. I appreciated the large fridge in the room as we had several things we were attempting to keep cool. The room was spacious with plenty of storage. Highly recommend staying here!

This was an older hotel but still clean I wasn’t happy you had to walk steps to get to room no elevators so it made it harder to get luggage in. No breakfast provided, but over all good stay

Very disappointed with the unit. The view was the only good amenity for the entire hotel. Bathroom floor was filthy and the hallway was disgusting looking as though had not been swept or cleaned for weeks. Entering the unit, we were taken back by the smell.

The front desk was kind and friendly on the way in and again on our way out. Our room was clean, convenient, and the bed was very comfortable! Very convenient to the ferry and Fish/Crab shack.

For 350 dollars per night I expected better service and room amenities. The room I was given had no view.

We had a view of the harbor and it was lovely. There was a fair amount of noise, the carpet in the halls was dirty and the tub needed a good scrub. But overall, it was an enjoyable stay with a comfortable bed and large room.

Highly disappointed with this hotel. Was anticipating for it to be a great stay, but was underwhelmed. Booked several months in advance, requested beach side view, but once we arrived staff told me they were completely booked out and could not give us beach side view. Front desk staff were rude, and unaccommodating. The area of Port Angeles did not have much to offer, and I would advise other travelers to look elsewhere. This hotel was by far the most expensive of my trip, and was not worth the price.
