We understand renovation was going on but the hotel was still organized and well kept with what was going on. Staff were very welcoming and kind. My kids loved the pool

We came in very late and had to get up very early for a fishing trip. Breakfast was ready and laid out but we were literally just a few minutes away from when it officially opened the staff member back there was very rude and of course refused us to get breakfast even though it was all right there but he didn't have to be so rude about it!

Great spot for the buck. Under renovation, but it was still quiet and clean. Good breakfast. I would go back.

Was a very peaceful stay and comfortable. Sink in the restroom was clogged, and the shower head fell off when we turned on the water to shower, it almost hit me in the head.

There was no door separating my suite from the kids, they don’t use the wall soap anymore so paying for basic small soaps and bar soap.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, good breakfast with lots of options.

Also, when I asked for more hand towels, the staff member acted like it was a weird request, but then gave them to me. I would rate this stay ok, for the price.

Good location. Very clean. Friendly staff especially housekeeping. We stayed in the two bedroom suite that had 2 queen beds and 1 king large enough to accommodate 6 people. We had only 2 bath towels and ALL soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty! All! We had two tiny soap bars for 5 people. I sent my 13 yr old to the front desk requesting 4 more bath towels and the front desk clerk questioned her why she was requesting more towels!!!! Really?? We decided due to the reaction of our request to go the the local Walmart to buy our own bath soap, shampoo and conditioner.

I liked the 2 bedrooms. Beds were uncomfortable and we were not able to get more towels for us all to take showers. There was no soap, body wash, shampoo or conditioner in the wall dispensers. We went to the front desk to ask for towels and rang the bell multiple times but nobody came. The machinery in the gym were broken. The rooms were clean. I liked the 2 bedrooms.
