The room didn't cool down. I reported having ants in the bathroom to the office but nothing was done. Ice machine wasn't working either. Staff was friendly and nice.

I like that it was affordable when we were needing to save a little bit of money The property was not very clean. You could tell the people that lived there or are staying with extended stay have stuff alongside the parking lot. I really didn’t feel that safe.

Outside needs work ..landscaping. needs lots of work. Pool was cleaning. Really cloudy..maybe some tlc Patio chairs limited. Maybe new ones for next season

Even if the hotel faces difficult circumstances, I would recommend upgrading or ensuring more rigorous management of basic cleaning, air-conditioning maintenance and toilet facilities, so that these areas do not fall too far behind.

The lady at the front dest was awesome! She was so friendly and helpful! Loved the big room with the lil kitchen. The only drawback was our room was so far from the stairs. Not a huge deal. Was just long way to go when carrying stuff.

Get the crack heads and drug dealers out it would probably be a nice place. Dirty and unsafe.

Restroom was nasty! Tub is not kept up with, hair on floor, door had brown stains all over it, bed sheets had old stains on them, walls were dirty. They had the smallest tv too. Did not have fresh smell either. Not worth the price. Too run down, filthy, and outdated!

Customer service was great! Rachel was very nice & she made our check-in easy! I kinda would have liked a rug in the room. The floor was very clean but it was a bit rough to walk barefooted on.
