Staff was very friendly. TV wouldn’t work when I first arrived, that issue was fixed but next morning I had no signal so I just watched my news on my IPad. Also, floor felt like it hadn’t even swept which felt awful on my feet.

Staff was great Sheets were dirty, AC wasn’t working correctly, the jointed room door handle was broken when I got there, the AC drains at the entrance door, there was so many ants in the parking lot they ended up in my car.

Ice machine not working Got great handicap parking 2 spots from my door. AC was great. Bed and pillows cleaned and comfortable. Staff was delightful.

You get what you pay for. It was very affordable and I can't speak more highly of the staff. Very friendly and helpful. The low review is more about the state of the room and amenities. The rooms did not have an iron/iron board or hair dryer. The ice machine was out of order. The front desk did provide me with an iron but no board and provided me with ice but I had to go to the front desk for them. The toilet did not flush properly and the bedding was stained. But again, you get what you pay for.

On the positive side, the staff was very nice, the freezer in the room refrigerator worked really well (much better than most in room refrigerators) and the price was really low compared to most other places.
