Location is great for the beach that was visited Customer service needs help. Better understanding of people situation.

Have stayed here a number of times which will come to an end. Sorry to say. We were given rm 111 this time which is a handicap rm don’t know why.we had this rm 2 times ago & the door is still hanging off hinge so door won’t stay closed. This time the toilet water wouldn’t go down so my husband had to find a plunger to try to fix & it’s an old bathroom needs some tending too. We thought we had the handicap parking in front of rm but other people we parking their & he told us he paid extra & no sleep from people next door they & their children outside to early hours being very noisy.so not much sleep was had. Non working toilet till my husband fixed it. Door in bathroom still not fixed since last time had room & noisy neighbors all into the night old bathroom

The breakfast was very nice with the waffles and other options. Quiet area and all the rooms were booked and still very peaceful. Overall, met expectations. Nothing to not like.

The gentleman assisting with my check-in was incredibly rude. I checked in after midnight and instead of welcoming me, he proceeded to guilt me about not calling and had no idea how to check me in since the calendar had turned to the next day. The door stuck and was very hard to open, and the alarm clock was going off when I walked into my room and the TV was on. The bathroom sink plug was covered in mold and was pulled out and set behind the faucet. I should have left and found somewhere else when he gave me a hard time about checking in late.

Everything was wonderful.

The room was not what they advertised. It had a very unpleasant smell, which resulted in me going out and buying air fresheners. Additionally, the sheets and the pillows had a similar unpleasant smell much like the room itself. The bathroom door could not be closed and would open on its own every 2 minutes or so, upon inspection the bottom hinge was missing. The only thing that was as advertised would be that the AC worked perfectly fine.

Breakfast area was not kept clean and the coffee was not good

Clean and right across the beach, woke up to a wonderful view. staff was very helpful and friendly. It was nice and clean, the only bad thing was the grass, it needed to be cut around the pool and picnic area, (Lots of mosquitoes )but we understood because of the rain from last week, other than that everything was great.

The manager wasn't exactly happy or helpful we had requested ground floor rooms when we booked months earlier but he said there wasn't any available even though there was only 3 cars in the lot

Loved the quiet and quaint atmosphere! Awesome breakfast, pool was open to enjoy and they gave us towels/bags whenever we needed. I had no complaints! We enjoyed our stay.
