Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Port Richey

First room was disgusting bathroom sink has rusty water all of the counter moved us to a suite and that room seemed to be decent days inn should be ashamed at this property as a whole. Staff is the only good thing this place has they are very helpful. I had to walk my 7 year old daughter passed a room with a man sitting in the doorway with the door wide open completely naked. I will never in 5 extra lifetimes stay here for a single minute

Nice place good breakfast, need new little coffee machine in room

Staff was patient and polite. However, everything else was awful. Room smelled bad, walls and furniture where stained and filthy. Pillows were old and gross. The shower curtain would't stay closed. The frig didn't work properly and the door was hard to open due to the unit being in a tray. The AC had a loud high pitched whine and the TV was out half my stay. The ice machine in the hall wasn't working. The parking lot was full of shady people hanging out in their cars and listening to loud music at 7am. I feel sorry for staff that has to work at a place where the owners obviously do not care at all about their guests. This place isn't worth $20/night. Also, there is sign in the lobby that says "No Dogs", yet they do accept them. The $25/night pet fee is excessive, it's not like it's a nice hotel.

Front desk staff was awesome! The room was adequate, laundry facilities were much appreciated, breakfast buffet was sub par. We spent much of our evening watching numerous drug deals, lots of homeless stumbling in/out of the property looking for cigarette butts and many other interesting things. Our first, and most likely our last, trip to Port Richey

Nothing wasn't able to stay because of the incompetence of the over night staff could not find my reservation I had already paid for. I didn't like getting kicked out because she didn't like my time or my frustrstion that's too bad ! I'm the customer I just paid the fee for the room and you want to kick me out and threaten me? Not my fault her lack of education didn't afford her computer skills to navigate a reservation

Terrible service and terrible all together

Beds were comfortable kind of Hot tub wasn't hot......floor in room was filthy......we had a bright light outside of our room and shined through our curtains.....Supposed to have pool view well we had a staircase view could hear everyone coming and going

Location was nice, breakfast was OK. The room smelled and was very dirty. There was dog hair in the carpet, Marijuana on the bed when we entered. Spitball in the shower. The patio door didn't close all the way so it was hot in the room. People were in the pool being loud past 10pm.

nothing! the place was filthy. rugs were so dirty that they were sticky and left our feet black just walking to the shower. it smelled musty in the room. they seem to be housing homeless or vagrants. large groups of young men partying and being loud late into the night on the walkway to our room. we were very dissatisfied. 0

The staff The Clientele, the pool was dirty, smoking pot, smoking cigarettes, breakfast - tables were not clean - limited selection - no sugar free syrup (diabetic). Dogs on the property (i.e., pit bull) - did not feel as safe as I would have like to.

The staff was short and when I tried to check out, the guy just stood in front of me and played on his phone, then answered his cell phone using his ai glasses and proceeded to ignore me until I said, should I just leave the keys here? Then he decided to help me check out! He was apparently the manager on duty so this is extremely sad! The room was dingy, the door to the bathroom was falling apart and our feet were black just walking from shower to the bed to get dressed! It was gross!!!

We rented a room for 1 night checked in late due to being at a hockey tournament, came to the room close to 11/12 just wanted to shower get our son settled (who is 3) eat something and sleep. Room was clean for the most part, TV didn’t work and no coffee pot. I walked to the front desk to ask if we could get assistance because no one was answering the phones and the desk clerk came to check out the Tv and saw it wasn’t working correctly said he would check to see what he could do but couldn’t switch us room because they were booked. I waited almost a half hour (while waiting on food to be delivered) my husband went to check up on what they found out while getting ice and nothing, but he would leave a note for the manager in the morning. Morning comes I go to the desk ask for a manager and they said no one was available so I explained it all over again and said there should be note a on my file. I then proceeded to ask for a coffee pot so we could at least make coffee for the road. The clerk radioed in that my room needed a coffee pot and they told her they would bring one. Here we are packing and getting ready to leave we still had 15 minutes and had a knock on the door myself thinking finally I can hurry up and make coffee and we can go it’s is housekeeping asking if we were staying another day I said no we have been waiting on a coffee pot. She said oh I got busy! But there is coffee in the lobby you could have gotten it there. I have left several messages with booking.com that they say have transferred to the hotel and have past the response deadline and I still haven’t heard from anyone. Now they are wanting me to try directly to call them even though when I have tried I was told no one is available.

It wasn’t bad The maids could be a good be a little friendlier because they didn’t understand anything you ask them

They treat you with respect and care. The rooms are clean and it's just a very peaceful experienced experienc for me The pools aren't clean, but i'm gonna pick and choose my battles
