Clean and friendly enviroment.

Needs better accommodation for being a Hilton and more compassionate towards needs of customers. I was summoned to that area due to my sister’s Alzheimer’s demise and tried to spend time at her bedside I explained the situation to the staff and needed to check out early but the manager refused to refund the days I couldn’t stay. Shame on her. I lost over 300 dollars. Please stay away from this place

Breakfast was pretty good with an acceptable variety to choose from. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was the best part, they were very welcoming and friendly.

If you’re staying longer than one evening, be prepared to turn your AC off when you leave then when you return, turn it back on to get the temperature that you desire in the evening hours😎

The AC was not offering up to with The Florida heat!! The AC in the unit. Cannot keep up with icing up. At 3 o’clock in the afternoon left the room came back three hours later still 78°. Ridiculous the following day turn off the AC left room return 6:00 PM. Turn the AC back on for the room to get down to 68°! This location can do better with the AC units that they have.

The property was very clean and had great amenities like a fitness room, snack store, and free breakfast. The rooms were very clean and smelled nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They had cookies, tea, and coffee at the lobby every day which was very nice.

I just wanted to say that the Port Richey Hampton Inn was a excellent experience for me. Amazing friendly helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Very accommodating. Will definitely come back soon. Once you figure out the shower you will be fine. Unfortunately I could use the pool only once because of repairs. But no problem for me. 😊

Overall the room was excellent. The only flat note about it that the faucet tap was rough and screeching, and the mechanism to send water to the shower head not working properly.
