Have stayed at same four previous times and still will prefer this property in PSL. The room I was given this trip appeared to not have been used for a while. The coffee pot did not work, The TV would not turn on until we figured it was dead batteries in the remote and the water pressure in the sink was almost non existent. Staff responded well on the second day with replaced Keurig and new batteries. Water pressure still low. Staff is always pleasant and courteous.

Check in was quite pleasant and efficient. Immediately thereafter, the hotel restaurant Happy Hour sign caught our attention, so we sat at the bar expecting to have a great start to our first Hilton visit. We planned to order a couple appetizers and drinks. The bartender immediately told us she couldn’t make any of the specials, but she offered us anything else, full price, from the bar. We placed our order, enjoyed the bar food and drinks, but we would never go back based on the negative attitude and complete disappointment your employee delivered. I choose to patronize only those who show me respect and appreciate my business. On this day, at your Hilton, you delivered a very poor performance!

Very nice hotel it was great for our family. We did have to change rooms because of ants and my daughter had to change because of a couple roaches but those rooms were both on the first floor. we ended up on the second floor and didn't have a problem, although I did see one roach on our third and last day. They are very hard to control in Southern Florida and they seem to be doing their best. Staff was excellent very accommodating.

Cathy, the waitress at breakfast was outstanding!! By the second day she treated us like “regulars” and knew out preferences and was super friendly with us!! Kudos to the cook as well- she cooked great omelets and eggs.
