This property was WONDERFUL! The beds were extremely comfortable, the hotel was clean, the staff were cheerful and very helpful, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic! And, the location was so convenient to public transportation. So happy we chose MaMasion!

Las habitaciones increíbles muy limpias muy acogedoras tienen exactamente todo lo nesesario la piscina muy limpia y buena lo único que no me gustó la señora que atiende el desayuno muy desagradable tienen exactamente muy mal carácter muy despota varias personas se estaban quejando del trato de eya ademas que te mira con mala cara cuando vas a comer cuarquier cosa del desayuno como si fuera de eya le preguntas algo y muy despota se acaban las cosas y no saca más hay q comer lo q quede y luego la vemos que hay mas en fin todo genial menos eya deben de cambiarla

The stay was good for the 3rd week but I was charged $21 the first week, $21 the 2nd week and now the 3rd week I was charged $41 on my card. Never made any purchases and spoke with front desk multiple times and they don’t see the charges on there.

This is my favorite place to stay it is amazing. The majority of the staff is nice and helpful. But Sunday morning before I left the lady that was handling breakfast was super rude and would get right in front of you seeing your trying to get your food and almost hitting you with her cart. Definitely unprofessional and rude. Should wait or at least ask for the person to move to allow her to do what she needed.

The room was clean and well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised with the amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast had good variety, food tasted good and fresh, and the dining area was clean spacious.
