The Key card system was down so we had to use the deadbolt to keep the door unlatched anytime we went out of the room. They also charged us $84 for our dog and a $250 deposit. The most I’ve paid ever. Not worth it as it felt like an upgraded motel 6. No furniture, wardrobe, coffee maker, or bottled water. I will never stay at one of these again.

Very confortable rooms and beds, very clean, It’s in a new area where there isn’t anything but it’s good for business trips.

I enjoyed the breakfast very much there were cheese, omelette, sausages, boiled eggs, danishes, and other pastries fruit coffee and milk are available. One wouldn’t have to go hungry. The front door was covered in messages and words that obscured the fact that it was an entryway. We rode around the building looking for an entrance to come in. It would’ve been better if we could see inside the building as we were driving up.

The reception was great & I was treated like royalty from beginning to the end of my stay & the manager Kaitlyn was the best ! This was the first time I stayed at a Tru, by Hilton property & I found it to be the best in its class and I will be looking to stay with Tru wherever future travels take me, as it surpassed all other hotels on all levels & areas🙌

Very nice hotel, great location, clean and well maintained. Upon arrival the clerk must have been having a bad day as she was very rude and short. My wife is in her eighties with heart issues, and she does not need a rude, obnoxious person in her life. It was if she was interfering with her schedule or something. Also, no big deal but there were no plastic bags in the waste cans. We had some so we put them in for the day.

First time here, everyone who I encountered was very nice and friendly. Front desk staff were very helpful and gave great recommendations. Rooms were clean as well as the common areas. Area was quiet and had numerous options to eat. Parking was great! Plenty of space, and well illuminated.
