We traveled almost 3 hours arriving at 4:40pm and the system was down. Dudley was amazing and kind! He kept apologizing for the inconvenience and stated the system should be up within 5-10 minutes. Sadly, the system was not up and running and we weren't checked in until after 7:30pm ( No fault of Dudley). Of the many Tru hotels we have stayed at this was the worst one. The room was humid and hair balls on the floor, chair had stains, and the A/C was loud.

This was the first time I stayed on the property abd it won't be the last. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff were friendly.

Room and facilities were clean. Breakfast was included. Hotel is located within walking distance to Aldi and restaurants. We chose this hotel due to its close proximity to Riverland community.

There’s nothing that I can say that did not meet my expectations rooms, staff, breakfast and parking was beyond what I expected I’ll definitely be going back there and for the most part my grandkids enjoyed it

Great location! Our room was clean, and all around the hotel was great. The staff at the front desk was very helpful, and my kids loved playing foosball in the lobby. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in the area.
