The entire time I stayed here, I couldn’t have been happier. The location, staff, and property were all exceptional. The property was also very clean and well maintained. I would absolutely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay, whether for a short visit or an extended period.

They enter my room and stole my ipad, clearly it was the housekepper, because it was in the nightstand charging. I´m so sorry to write a bad review but I would clearly want anyone who stays here to know that they should not leave anything valuable because is not safe. I´m reported to corporate to at least let them know that they have people who are stealing in their staff. I regret booking this hotel, never had I had something stolen until now. Shame on them.

My overnight stay at WoodSpring Suites wasn't planned in advance, I was driving home after a flight and got tired so I checked Orbitz for a reasonable room close to my location. I'd say it lives up to it's decent rating and I got a very cheap price. The area around it is very commercial and new looking, but there wasn't anywhere close to eat that was open at 9:30 pm. The front desk isn't attended after 8:00, but someone is on duty if you ring the buzzer to enter. The young man on duty was very friendly, efficient, and helpful. The lobby and hallways are clean but very plain, as was the room. No pictures on the wall or toiletries other than hand soap. WoodSpring Suites is more of an extended stay place for temporary workers in the area like construction or healthcare but it does the job if you just need a safe and clean place to stay while traveling.

Not satisfied

Just a basic hotel. Nothing special. Basic bed on metal frame. You get two towels. Gotta go looking for more. Front desk is closed a lot. No amenities except a tiny “gym”. Walls are super thin.

Great hospitality, good location and walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Had a nice business meeting and definitely will be back. Will recommended this place to other business as well. Thank you for having us.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

There was no staff there to help with questions or things needed like extra towels or blankets. The pull out bed was dirty and had dust, leftover clothing from last persons stay. There wasn’t any glasses, utensils or anything in the kitchen. Just not what I expected

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the website and receipt said there was supposed to be hand soap and shampoo in the bathroom. There was NOT any. We had to use our body wash until we were able to purchase some hand soap. The office was always closed with a rolling metal window covered whenever we went by. Other than that, we were happy with our stay.

The bed in Room 403 was horrible, making noise on the floor just simply for moving your body on the bed.
