No staff at check in had to call front desk for 5 minutes to be let in the building. Bed very cheap & uncomfortable.

The hotel is nice and clean because it is brand new. Check in and check should be easier and faster. Arrived at 9pm and front desk was already closed. Needed to call and wait while someone walked go the front desk and opened a wall curtain that was on top of the check in counter. People made noise all night. Sounded like furniture moving and someone hammering a picture frame on the wall. People with had no consideration making noise down the hallway late at night. It’s a shame because it’s a nice hotel and with a little effort, it could be a nice experience. I will not stay here again.

The staff was very good very helpful. The area was very clean. I like the rooms is very clean. The beds was a little bit small but at the end of the day the power went out and we was very uncomfortable with that for about an hour other than that everything was good Tasha.
