Fireside Inn & Suites Portland

The king bed was old and sagged , making it hard for a good nights sleep. The room key gets deactivated often and requires front staff assistance to reprogram. Outdoor pool area was a great relaxation point. The hot tub was cold and the jets were cold when turned on.

The staff were very friendly. The room met our needs and the bed was comfortable. The hotel could use a little facelift. A good value for the price

We had a great experience at this hotel. We have a dog and had absolutely no issues. The room was clean, it was quiet at night and the front desk staff were incredibly nice!

There was mold on the shower curtains and in the tub. The room smell like mold and mothballs.

Overall the stay suited our needs and the location was good and close to Portland. The hotel could use some updating overall, with the carpets and furniture looking dated. The staff was very nice and helpful. We appreciated the refrigerator and coffee in the morning in our room. The room was very clean. The grab and go breakfast while nice to offer was not great. The sandwiches were very processed and not fresh. No fresh fruit or yogurt, just fruit cups and applesauce. We passed on it all. Despite some of its faults we would stay here again for a short stay and appreciated the location, amenities, friendly staff, and affordability.

It’s a nice place to stay. It’s not the most modern, but it has everything you need.

Easy access to the freeways. Rooms are clean and lobby was clean. One single elevator on the building, and travel distance from lobby to elevator to room can be considerable if you are hauling a few suitcases.

The hotel itself is older but the rooms where good and the pools where clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Need to refresh the mattress. Also need to replace the window on the turn pike side to cut the noise.
