Exceptional

Fantastic room , nice area for eating etc. Breakfast decent enough, staff helpful when I asked for alternative milk Would be helpful if staff wore uniform so you didn’t end up getting confused

Okay

Superb

Staff was welcoming and quite friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable.

very comfortable, standard Hampton inn breakfast you can hear traffic if you are a late sleeper. Ask for the quietest room possible.

Very good

Comfortable bed, helpful staff and a great breakfast! It took a little longer than expected to get to downtown Portland.

The room was clean, and TV worked. The people at the front desk was not to friendly. Also, we booked a room that was non-smoking and request to have no animals. When we arrived I asked for this and front desk lady stated she had to change our room to 4th floor. We got a room that had two beds, when we booked a room with one bed suite.

Superb

We wanted to head for the Maine Maritime museum the next day, so this was perfect location near hiways. Also good location to grab a dinner that evening with shopping plazas nearby. Delicious cheese omelets and other offerings in the AM. Appreciated free parking. Loved the quirky sign about lobsters at check in desk. Handy items in vending. Thanks for everything.
