Hilton Garden Inn Portland Airport

The guest rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn at the jetport are very large. They were clean and well appointed. The bed was almost too far away from the television for this traveler. I wish that the coffee service would include real creamer.

No glassware in room. Only two paper cups. Bar only could spare two wine glasses for room for four people. Shower handle and faucet nearly falling off. TV glitches, kept turning off.

Close to airport with shuttle service.

Kitchenette was not clean, with drawer and cabinet handles sticky and dirty. Carpet in room stained, and bed was very hard and uncomfortable as well. I will not stay here again.

I have nothing negative to say about my short stay at this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

The A.C. was not working in the room I was placed in. So I was moved to a new room. The second room had the hand lotion bottle sitting on the counter as it had been removed from the wall and the screws were sticking out of the wall where the bottle had originally been mounted. This hotel could use a general update in maintenance and cleaning. For the price that was charged I expected better. The location it has next to the airport is the best asset it has.

Room was clean and spacious; facility was in a good location; bed was comfortable. Interaction with the staff. I was never told that parking was at a cost per day; never told that housekeeping would only provide service every other day unless requested (which I would have). Could not get a receipt from the hotel or even know what my final bill was because I booked through a "third party"

Shuttle was on time starting at 4am. Early am staff was helpful to get us checked out and on our way. Great location, literally mins from airport drop off.

It was an overnight stay and everything was wonderful

This hotel is literally across the street from the airport entrance. We dropped off our rental car and walked back to the hotel. It has a shuttle that begins at 4:00 AM. Friendly staff.

Two minutes from the airport. very friendly staff and the rooms were very clean. I can’t think of anything

Very conveniently located to the airport. Clean and comfortable room. Nothing super fancy, but a secure and pleasing stay.

Clean, aesthetic hotel with very cordial staff. Not a good value, had to pay for parking, no continental breakfast, every little thing cost money. Room's floor seemed slanted. Could not close drapes without complicated process. Power outage, no generator, room keys didn't work.

Way too much chlorine in pool/hotter My clothes still smell like chlorine even after washing
