Hilton Garden Inn Portland Airport

Was wonderful to stay here for for our early flight!

Very convenient location for the airport and a short Uber ride to the rest of Portland. Building was not new but was well maintained. Spacious rooms.

Staff had difficulty with the power outage.

We were only there overnight, but was very happy with our entire experience. Check in was simple, room was clean and comfortable. Very happy. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The location right at the airport was convenient. We traveled by uber which was very easy and came quickly. The staff members were very nice and helpful. The Hotel has a nice quaint and calm feeling. That was nice.

Attractive, clean, nice staff Extremely overpriced. Insulting that you have to pay to park. Extremely bright room with no way to close drapes. Overly complicated processes, like QR codes to access room information.

Clean, comfortable, quiet hotel with ideal location to airport. Nice food and drink options!

Pool was highly over chlorinated.. other guests commented as well. Charging $13 for the breakfast buffet you put out is criminal..the food is abysmal. I didn't see any of the other menu items but basing it off what I did see, I wouldn't order from the menu either. You charged for parking in a remote area after we spent almost $400 on a room Bar staff was pleasant but completely incompetent. Also didn't care for the bar. This is a corporate issue..not their fault...and you could at least try to create a tiny bit of atmosphere..it's not like you're not charging enough for it The only reason I stay at hilton properties is to accrue points..it's really not worth it anymore

The comfort, cleanliness, and location were just what I hoped. It was slightly off-putting when the driver who transported me and a couple to the airport only greeted and acknowledged the couple. I was traveling alone and could manage my single backpack, however, there was no simple greeting, general communication, nor offer to help me. It was early in the morning and the driver thought I was self sufficient enough?

Check-in took over 20 mins as they couldn’t find our room. The lack of a complimentary breakfast was disappointing when they present it like it is. Rooms were mid for the price. Wouldnt stay again.

I had a terrible stay at the Hilton in Portland the house cleaning g crew never changed my linen sheets. The sheets were soiled all the way down into the mattress! I called the front desk yes they switched my room but I was very uncomfortable because I layed in the soiled bed. I took a shower but still felt uncomfortable. This is very unacceptable. I’m very surprised with the price on this hotel very very dissatisfied

Location, staff, comfort, quiet an opening window to the out-of-doors. Food offerings a bit different than advertised.

Personnel at front desk and bar were especially good.

I really didn't make use of amenities but staff were a gem. They went out if the way to ensure i had quiet room & local recommendations. The room was super clean. I loved complimentary water & cookies in lobby. Next time in Maine would stay again! Close to airport & nice with complimentary shuttle service.

Excellent supper and breakfast. Very comfortable beds Inconvenient toilet paper locations both in the room and in the lobby bathroom. For elderly people and people with an osteomy, the toilet paper locations were very inconvenient.
