My room faced the runway. I did not sleep well

I was really impressed with the front desk attendant. She was so responsive and competent in her communications and connectivity with me! We need more people like her in this, at times very challenging, world!

Desk Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle Service to Airport was prompt and friendly. Room was clean and well stocked.

Room was comfortable for my one night stay. Plenty of hot water! Shuttle service availability 24/7 the best. Left too early for breakfast but grabbed an apple All went well, no complaints

Staff..smiles and wanting to meet needs… Breakfast…very good Dinner..amazing gourmet dinner…tiny kitchen so the meal was a complete surprise…tasty and a good value Shuttle to airport…quick and efficient…nice driver… My bathroom could have been cleaner…

Overall the staff and property were very good. Staff extremely helpful with questions I had. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The only thing I find disappointing is in room coffee condiments. For the price paid for the room the hotel chain could provide better creamer for coffee. Flavored creamers would be so much nicer than a small packet of nasty tasting powdered creamer.

Hilton Garden Inns were nice properties wherever you booked a room. This hotel was fine but it looks “tired”, doesn’t look like they’ve spent any money on the hotel for some time now. It was nice that the reception desk had some frozen personal pizzas and something, that you could use in room with your microwave, but no paper plate offered, paper napkins and plastic knife and fork. I didn’t take breakfast, I was getting picked up, needed sleep more than breakfast. Wanted to get cup of coffee on the way out but coffee not available by 11 am. I came down at 11:05, no coffee. Room was clean, bed was fine. There are other amenities, like a pool, but didn’t have time to use it. Door handles work one of two ways, my first key didn’t work. We had the breakfast option and it was hot, fresh and plenty of selection. Our 6 and 2 year old even ate a good meal. Paying for parking was a surprise but it wasn’t outrageous.

Friendly, Clean, great location to airport and rental cars. Staff are Always so friendly and helpful. 3rd time we’ve stayed at this location for convenience of airport when leaving Maine at 4am in the morning!! Will be back next year! N/A

Convenient; friendly staff Nothing

Very convenient location for the airport and a short Uber ride to the rest of Portland. Building was not new but was well maintained. Spacious rooms.

Staff had difficulty with the power outage.
