It’s a good stay for people with kids , I thought the breakfast could’ve been a bit more diverse, found the room very spacious but could’ve been a bit cleaner found chips on the floor. we enjoyed the pool and the area being close to the places we planned to visit! Overall I do recommend based the price

Our room was dirty, the breakfast was bare minimum at best. Disappointed in our stay.

Rude front desk during check in.

The front desk staff seemed pretty indifferent at check-in. I was under the impression that the hotel has a 24 hour airport shuttle but this is not the case - the earliest shuttle is at 4:30am, which was not early enough for us. The shuttle was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel. The room was mostly clean, though we did find a few live bugs in it. We also got a strong marijuana smell that blew into our room for about 20 minutes from some guest in a nearby room who was smoking. The hotel seemed overpriced, but everything was ridiculously expensive around the airport when we were there in June.

Bathroom door needs work. There needs to be painted and replace shower.

Great suites, with all the amenities, just like a small apartment. Morning continental breakfast was always fresh, and re-stocked regularly.

There was no room service, had to go get your own towels

I actually did not realize this was a 3 rd party booking when we arrived. Hotel is dated but clean. The Bedroom was clean with a carpet which had been patched up many many times.

Hotel in need of some maintenance. Exit sign hanging off wall, computers & printer not working. When we spoke to staff about it, they suggested we go to Staples when they open. Not what we expected from a Hilton property.

The hotel is located a mile from the airport. Staff was helpful, hotel was clean and the rooms are spacious.

Great place to stay

Rooms are very clean they smelted deep clean. breakfast was organized. Staff was personable.

What an amazing room we had for our one night stay. Large room with a sitting area as well as a full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Never had one of those before in any hotel I have reserved. Very clean and quiet location and convenient access to the Portland airport. Would highly recommend this hotel. It also had a pool for our grandsons which they loved. Close to Portland and all the shopping close to this location. Will definitely book this hotel again in the future.

Breakfast was good. . Wallpaper in bathroom was filthy.

We were very pleased with the hotel and room. The breakfast was okay, but it was a limited selection, and the eggs and ham were on the cold side. The breakfast options and temperature of the food could have been better.
