nice hotel, with big rooms and near to all the amenities.

Everything was what you’d expect, except there was shampoo, but no conditioner… I generally love home2suites!

The room itself smelled moldy (which is understandable given the flooding that they just accepted as fact). Breakfast was meh. Also, I was told that my complaint would be addressed directly by management after I told them I was not satisfied at checkout. In fact there's a sign at checkin that says if you are not completely satisfied, that we would get some portion of credit. 24 hours after checking out and still nothing. We were willing to go with something close to the airport for a better price, but this is still not cheap and I expected more from Hilton. Very disappointing.

Got in late; conveniently located near airport.

Room was spacious and very clean the pool was pretty small and the breakfast was not what we were expecting but overall a wonderful location close to the air port and mall

This is a relatively new property, so everything was in great condition. The proximity to the Portland Jetway was a huge benefit.

The pool was yellow. The food was cold and the floor was dirty and sticky from the syrup on the floor. The rugs throughout the place had stains and a funny odor in the hallways. Overall sad and depressing. People complained about the airport next door and how the building shook when the planes took off. I just wanted to leave the moment I arrived. I wish I had.

Bel hôtel avec commodités dans la chambre tel que frigo, micro-ondes et évier. Par contre, jenlève une étoile car pas de housekeeping durant notre séjour de 4 jours.

There is included breakfast but the hours are such that when we got downstairs to checkout at 10am, it was closed and all-packed up. That said, the room had a full set of plates and utensils, a coffee maker, a full-sized fridge, etc. and it was big enough that we could've stayed a while without feeling claustrophobic. The elevators were smooth and fast. But the shower only had shampoo and shower gel so remember to bring conditioner!

Area around hotel, not so perfect. Industrial, commercial. Nice property, well-maintained, comfortable.

Everything was great

breakfast was hard to access because of the # of guests and selection was limited. staff very helpful. near a mall, but not within walking distance of anything.

Everything was amazing! The room was clean, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. I also loved that both parking and breakfast were included at no extra cost. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely choose this location again.

Great experience staying here. We had 3 kids with us and the room was spacious and the amenities we were satisfied with the amenities. Great place to stay for our day trips throughout Portland and the surrounding areas.

We checked in the hotel on 7/10/2026 on a Friday night. The front desk person was not very informative didn’t even ask if it’s our first time staying there just short answers and it was kind of like here’s your keys and there’s the elevator like he didn’t care. The other guy though was very good at helping my aunt check in cause Expedia did not send her reservation which was so inconvenient but he handled it well. The room was clean. Even though this hotel is next to the airport it was not noisy. The breakfast was real basic. The only problem is replenishing. The person who replenishes the breakfast items also is the airport shuttle driver. And if that person is gone the front desk has to do it but that one person is busy doing front desk stuff. If I’ll ever go back to Maine I now know to try somewhere else.

Breakfast wasn’t to great and the breakfast area was a mess almost like their not cleaning it throughout the service times

Nice place, big room for family of 5. about 15 minutes to Wells and 30 minutes to Old Orchard. Average Breakfast .

Chipping paint in rooms and bathroom door handle was coming off
