Too close to the international airport airways; Mediocre breakfast, Dangerous coffee machine in our room ( extremely hot water / 2nd cup with no coffee but burning water )

Great stay

Professional staff, very clean, linens were very nice, and I felt very safe both in the hotel and on the grounds. Also nice to have EV charging close and available!!! Breakfast had a lot of carbs....maybe more fruit? Liked the yogurt and coffee tho...Thanks.

The AC in the gym area was not working.

Overall, I'd go 7/10.

Nice clean place for the price

The room was beautiful. We stayed here to go to a concert at Thompson's Point and we were very close to the location! Room was clean and it was awesome that they offered free access to HBO Max (without ads!).

We were only there for one night but with the location so close to the airport. It was well worth it.

Room size and cleanliness. The staff as kind and very helpful. Really appreciate them.

I was put in a room with a broken door lock, moved to a room with soiled linens and the 3rd room had a hair in the bathtub/shower and another hair on the floor. I was supposed to share a room with a colleague but we both ended up in single rooms because apparently after the 2nd room, there were no doubles left. I'm on a work trip on a work budget and my colleague and I both incurred costs for nights that could have been shared. I left a message for the manager on Tuesday 9/15 and still have not heard back. I was also told that b/c I booked the room through Expedia, I will now have to call Expedia to get my dispute resolved. This might have been one of the worst hotel experiences I've had and I am a frequent traveler. All could have been avoided if the manager had been responsive. :(

Very clean and big room

Great place to stay. Didn’t think about being as close to the airport as it is so you can hear planes coming in and going out. Still a good place to stay. The beds could have better a little nicer but overall it was a good stay!

It was super close to the subway, which helped with transportation to Boston and Salem. You could also walk to the beach. It seemed understaffed. Long lines and waits for breakfast.

Great Location , nice breakfast and great staff.

The hotel was fine. The room and shower were not clean.

The breakfast exceeded expectations, the room was a good temperature and bed was comfortable. The bathroom, specifically the shower was off putting due to brown water stains and mold in the ceiling light. One of the lamps in the room was missing a light bulb as well.
