This was a great stay! The staff was honestly so thoughtful. I arrived at 1 am and she proactively gave me a late checkout mentioning bc I arrived so late. Very comfy bed

Clean room, nice pool, good parking, during breakfast restaurant staff was not so attentive.

It was a place to sleep for the night It was expensive for the facility Didn't have a Continental breakfast and all the snacks were extremely expensive. I stayed in one in Massachusetts last weekend and it was a lot nicer

I was charged for parking. I was charged for breakfast twice. The waitress wanted to have a discussion about the discount I was going to get for breakfast. It was the worse stay I have ever had.

Hotel staff was friendly. Room and gym were clean but had a few spots of grim, etc., that could’ve been cleaner.

I was upset to discover the new policy by the Marriott Corporation. They now charge for parking $15 PLUS 8% SERVICE FEE.

It was nothing special. I was very disappointed about the fact that you were charging for parking at that location. I find it preposterous and money grabbing the charge for parking in South Portland in an office park. I felt like the hotel has gone down substantially. I actually worked there in college years ago. This hotel used to be a good destination and a fairly upscale stay. Now it just feels like every other crappy hotel searching for a buck.

The beds were comfortable and the location convenient. Staff at the hotel and restaurant were helpful. The restaurant should have more affordable options for everyday breakfast. It seems to cater to corporate customers with it VIP buffet.

Cleanliness The pool water was cold. We ordered chicken wings and fries, it was terrible.

The room was large and clean and modern. The television worked well. The charging station at the desk table worked well. Cars of hotel guests are charged $16 per day. My smoke alarm started beeping at 1:33 am. The desk was unstaffed while a line formed for people to check in and with questions mid afternoon. I spoke to the front reception desk repeatedly about a problem.
