Spark by Hilton Portland Airport Maine Mall

Good hotel, I would stay here again.

We were given a pet room, we did not have a pet or did not request a pet friendly room

can provide a better breakfast

It was more like an updated super 8 in halls. The rooms themselves were nice and I will say bedroom was very comfy! If your looking for a lot of amenities like lounge restaurant area and close to downtown Portland this is not the place

Great spot for a quick overnight. Comfy bed, indoor pool, Breakfast with bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereal etc. Can't beat the location right by the Maine Mall.

Advertised laundry facilities, but none on site. Staff not that friendly but respond to your queries. Tried early checking but there is a fee for this so did my tour and came back

Parking was fine. Staff was on.

Very convenient located closer to the airport staff was friendly rooms were clean

Close and convenient for the Jetport airport in Portland Maine.

A+

I was very satisfied with our experience and given the reasonable price we paid the value was high. The hotel and room were clean, staff were friendly, there was plenty of parking, and it's right off the highway so getting anywhere is easy. I'll stay again if I return to the area.

Room was dirty, floor was black with dirt. Was told at check in there was only one way in, by the front desk, this wasn't true. None of the front desk staff were friendly or courteous, this was easily explained when the manager was just as rude and couldn't be bothered to explain where the breakfast room was.

Our AC and the bathroom vent are very noisy, the sink is plugged and noise travel super good. We can hear everyone's hallway conversations, even after midnight. Also, room has a very small bathroom, you will have to squeeze in before you can close the door. We didn't get a good sleep due to the loud AC sound, we finally put it to fan after mid night to get couple hours of sleep before head out to the airport. Will return just for the location. However, we must say staff are professional and friendly, gave good instructions, check in is fast and no issues. Maybe staff can remind guest to refrain from talking in the hallway especially after 10p? Hope to see some improvement of Spark when we return next time. Thank you.

great value

Na For us mostly location...would have been great to have an adjacent restaurant

Exceptional

Connection with airport

Front desk staff was absent more than present. Could not check in when we arrived, had to come back later. Was told that when we checked out early for our flight, someone would be there. That was not the case so we just left our room key on the desk hoping it would all work out. Property was pretty noisy with people coming and going late at night.

The staff, rooms ,parking were all top quality ! highly recommend staying at this hilton !

We had a quiet, peaceful, and enjoyable stay.
