Clean and staff accommodating.

The staff was nice, and the room was clean. Had a great stay!

The airport shuttle was easy to find and prompt.

Ok propriety. Expensive rate for the amenities, location. Minimalistic service (no service literally for your stay) they refuse to come change towels, make bed & tidy the room claiming “they dont do it daily”! So, if you plan to stay for 2,3 days dont expect them tomorrow move a muscle.

Clean n close to everything

People were banging around all hours of the night, there were arguments in the hallway as well and all I heard other than that was a dog barking non stop.

Bed comfortable, nice breakfast options.

The room was quiet and clean and the staff was helpful. The property is conveniently located. I would recommend staying here and would stay again.

Not the best not the worst. Could use coffee pot in rooms. Overall it was a decent place.

Bed was very low to the ground. Hard to get in and out of bed. Also mattress was very soft and lacking support. Water pressure was mehhh. No counter space for toiletries near sink. Probably the worst hotel in the Hilton chain I have ever stayed in regards to comfort.

Unexpectedly had to pay a $100 "deposit" supposedly just a "hold" not a "charge" not something I had planned for. Checking in about midnight after a delayed flight - quite a rude awakening. Reservation clerk was not friendly or personable - more like a cop! Room including bathroom was vey clean (small). I thought my reservation was for 2 queen beds - we got 2 double beds. Hallway carpet looks like it has seen better days. We did not use pool.

Let me preface this review by saying that I have never experienced anything like this before.I booked this hotel last minute well helping my daughter move into her new apartment. I fell into bed, completely exhausted. When I woke up the next morning, to my horror, I noticed that the comforter had human excrement on the side facing down. I immediately reached out to Expedia, as well as, someone at the front desk to show them photos before I left. Expedia had to work with Hilton Spark hotel on our behalf for a refund. I was just notified that Hilton Spark would not be issuing one. Disappointing and truly disgusting.

Rooms where clean staffwhere helpful in area locacations in what I needed. Breakfast was continental no hot food

This place that I stay should not have a Hilton in its name. It was very disappointing, dirty hallways dark the breakfast was a joke. I will make sure Neva stay a sparkle deal again.

Comfortable beds.

Clean room, friendly staff- but no coffee in the room. Price was not budget for the area.

Okay, nothing special but not bad.
