In a food desert if you have no car. No shampoo in room. Staff helpful.
-
Cheap hotel, room did not have soap or good lighting at all
-
not in a great location for sale and Wi-Fi and I could never actually get the TV to work but the coffee was amazing the staff was super friendly and the room was clean. It's also really convenient to get to I definitely recommend. Had I asked I'm sure the TV would've been resolved.

We stayed because we had an early flight home. We didn't use any amenities. The room was clean and enjoyed the coffee in the morning.

The staff was extremely friendly.

Upon entering the room, inexplicably, we noticed water was seeping from between the floor boards next to our bed. Another room was not available as it was quite late, but the front desk attendent was helpful in providing a bunch of towels for the floor until we could get another room the following morning. In the new room, instead of shampoo, body lotion was attached to the wall mounted bracket in the small shower, which unfortunately I realized too late. Thankfully, my husband was able to track down housekeeping to get me some shampoo. A cold breakfast of cereal or bagels was provided. The coffee was good. Apparently, this hotel was an old Days Inn that Hilton cheaply renovated, band aid style, and has branded as a Hilton Spark hotel, marketing their Spark hotels as a more affordable option. Would not recommend.

Room was clean but the was too small and the fan was making a lot of noise
-
Just what we wanted, clean room close to airport.
-
Just laid our head here for the night to split up the drive ….. staff was nice , property was disgusting
-
Fire the architect! Try closing a bathroom door while standing in it. Ridiculous layout especially for a Hyatt property
-
Staff was extremely good

Everything thing was fine except for our bathroom. The door wouldn't close, the toilet was pointed on a weird angle and the bathroom fan sounded like a train rolling through.
-
Nasty. Hair in the room
-
Place was just fine for one night.

I have spent thousands of nights in hotels, from hostels to Four Seasons. The check-in clerk was clearly bothered that she had to put her phone down to check us in. went through the monotone script of check out time and breakfast hours and made sure to say "there is no hot breakfast. its coffee and bagels." handed us our key and said "room number is xx." and was done. her script. i waited and then said how do i get to the room? clearly, and irritating question. next morning, we loaded up to leave and i went back in to fill my travel mug - went into the breakfast room (had to ask front desk where, because poor signage --it was actually on 2nd floor), and discovered that there was, in fact, a breakfast with pretty much everything you'd expect at this type of property. wasn't just crappy coffee (well, yes...) and bagels. Portland's tourist season is short, so the hotels and restaurants maximize what they can get from visitors, but this hotel was WAY overpriced and i'm guessing that desk clerk is gone by now anyway.

We were given a room behind the front desk and it was a Handicap room, the noise all night long as guests checked in and out was horrendous. We slept about an hour max. Definitely not worth the price of $245 for the night. Would highly not recommend this particular hotel. Not to mention you could hear the kids screaming at the pool down the hall.

The room was clean. Breakfast was basically bagels and oatmeal, plus coffee and juice. When I asked the staff for local restaurant recommendations, she gave me all the franchises that I can get in Texas. Parking was good and free.
-
Room was a bit dirty in the corners of the bathroom and surfaces beyond immediate surfaces. Staff wasn’t so friendly either.
-
Clean room, wonderful staff.
