This is a nice hotel. Staff is nice and helpful. Room was great with living area, kitchen, stovetop and separate bedroom. I really liked the room. Comfy bed.

Brand new hotel so everything was clean and what you would expect of a new facility. Room is very well designed for an extended stay. Murphy bed (didn't have a chance to test it out) in separate living room / kitchenette would be great for a small family. Conveniently located close to PWM, restaurants and shops.

Stay was great. Room suited our needs. My only complaint is that there were 3 of us staying in the room. After a long day of travel we all wanted to shower and discovered there were only 2 towels in the room. I thought perhaps they made a mistake and didn’t realize there were 3 of us when they cleaned the room. I mean 2 towels even for 2 people staying for 3 nights seemed inadequate. When I reached out reminding them there were 3 of us and 2 towels they stated their policy was 2 towels per room regardless of occupancy. Huh? If that is their policy it’s ridiculous. But regardless, in my opinion the only response should have been…apologies. Let us get you more right away. We got more towels but I didn’t live the way it was handled.

Beautiful & wonderful new motel. Finishes & room were beautiful! The bed & sheets were amazing, the AC worked great & we slept so good! We loved the fact that we never saw an employee! 😆 We could check in from our phone and then downloaded an app that had our room key & checked out from our phone. It was so easy! Definitely would recommend this place!

There is no staff on property, not a big deal. The room was super nice. I did however find a dirty facecloth hanging in the shower curtain. I only stayed one night so I just set it aside. Other than that, room was amazing, clean, smelled great. Soft sheets. Was what I needed for one night. Great price as well.

Great place to stay

The staff were all so extremely helpful and so extremely nice. Nikki especially did an amazing job with keeping up with any demands or questions we had. A few things that were a bit annoying but had no change in the way I felt about my stay, were the laundry is a bit pricey at $5 per cycle, the vending machines were a bit pricey as well and the remote in the living room area lagged really bad where it was hard to watch tv. We also unfortunately didn’t get house keeping but from what I understood they were a bit under staffed so we did have to give the poor house keeper a mountain of towels. Water pressure wasn’t crazy good but still decent enough with plenty of hot water. The tub is huge enough to bathe in as well. Overall, if you’re traveling alone, with a partner or family the amenities alone like the full size fridge and dishes came extremely handy, they had huge closets for all your stuff and a cute little flat top stove top that came super handy as well. 10/10 would recommend for anybody traveling or staying in Portland, short term or long term. Great price for a week as well and they were super accommodating with my need to maybe extend due to flight delays. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back. Thank you HomeAwhile staff.

This was an excellent place to stay during our 5-day trip to Portland. All staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Emily, the manager, was so sweet and gave us a great list of things to do on our first day. The room was spacious and clean, as was the surrounding property, and its location to the airport and highways was perfect for us. Would love to stay here again!

The facility was new clean and overall awesome!

Room was immaculate. They had items that I forgot in a vending machine in the lobby. Check in was done on a kiosk. Love it.

Super clean because it was new, and nicely done rooms with great amenities. Bed was comfortable and the large tv's were great. The a/c unit cycled up and down and didn't seem adequate for an apartment sized room but did OK. The water wasn't hot enough regardless the time of day but you won't freeze. In the handicap accessible shower, water will go everywhere in the bathroom and cause a slip hazard. If your room is by the secondary exit, you will hear everything in the stairwell and the door slamming everytime. We would still stay again, just little issues that shouldn't exist in a new construction unit.
