Well outfitted apartment style room

There was hair in the bed, got new sheets and they had hair as well. The comforter was dirty.

Big and clean rooms! Only issue is not much shampoo and no conditioner but overall amazing stay!

Everything is excellent, especially the laundry

The roll in shower was great but the curtain rod should be before set inside shower before vent the bathroom was flooded because the curtain hung past the metal vent at edge of shower and there were cob webs in corners of the bedroom. Cable TV was kinda wonky ,the staff was amazing

A well equipped suit with full kitchen. There were even dishwasher and a washing machine. Nice gym and laundry room. Also a porch for Bbq. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

Exactly what I want from a hotel especially for a longer stay. Spacious room with kitchenette, useful amenities (discounted EV chargers!). Totally worth the slight convenience of not being in the middle of town particularly given the difference in cost.

There is no room service so you have to bring your dirty towels and bed sheets to the reception desk if needed to be changed. Other than that, the room and building itself are clean and modern. The kitchenette has all the essentials to store food and prepare meals.

Very clean and modern. Staff is pleasant and accommodating. Conveniently next to Maine Mall (many restaurants), airport, and major highways. Ask for a room with grab bars in shower, if these needed.

Location was good. Room could have been cleaner.

This place was a surprise, great service and the rooms were very big and comfortable.

Excellent location and property. All I needed

We got in late; left early. It is very convenient to the Portland airport and easy to find. The facility is very new—it still has that “new carpet smell” in the halls. Our room was clean, the towels were soft and fresh, there were quality toiletries, and two ginormous TVs (which we didn’t use). The bed was comfortable and sheets were soft. Our room had dual blackout shades—a nice touch. Parking was plentiful, although there is no covered entrance if it’s raining (it was), which would have been nicer. The only criticism would have been of the dim bulb previous guest who used *some* of the glasses, silverware, and dishes and simply put the dirty ones back in the cabinet. But, hey, if you’re not automatically washing your dishes before use in one of these places that’s on you. There were several places to eat nearby—even within walking distance if you’re feeling sporty. I recommend this place, especially for the price.

Great stay as a family of 4. Everything was clean and staff responded to emails quickly. Simple check in, check out and hotel location was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

The property was exactly as described. Large rooms with kitchenettes, very clean and comfortable. Great quiet location. Highly recommend.

Very clean property and had good facilities in the room, will certainly rebook in the future

Hi we went on a small vacation to old Orchard Beach was excited because the hotel was close by only a 12 minute drive to only learn that the Hotel air-conditioning really didn’t work. The staff gave us fans couldn’t sleep. It was so hot in the rooms. There’s only one elevator and then there’s only one ice machine in the whole hotel for four floors then the ice machine runs out so there’s no ice. I don’t feel this Hotel cares about its customers and we would definitely never stay there again. I’m so sad experience referred us to this hotel. We may not use guys again either. It was an awful trip.

Brand new hotel and spotlessly clean. The room had everything we needed for a stay longer than one night. It was very Spartan, but perfectly functional. We will definitely stay here again!
