Courtyard by Marriott Portland Airport

Very clean and beds were very comfortable. The beds had normal size pillows, and duvets. The stay was fine, front desk and staff were very nice. But even with the air condition on in the room for some reason it was extremely humid and muggy in the room. More so than outside. the weather was great. The bathroom light didn't work only the shower light, and the restaurant wasn't open anytime we were awake.if they were, it must've been very early in the morning, for a very short time because we were there all day for 3 nights, and there was nothing going on in the way of food or restaurant. We went out at night and came back and there was nowhere to get any food, except snacks in the lobby. It wouldn't be a problem, but when I read about the hotel it said there was a fantastic restaurant. Maybe I read wrong but I do love Marriott. It was just unfortunate. Next time we may stay in a different Marriott.

Whole place was clean. Guessing this is a new hotel? But yes, clean. Staff were friendly. Absolutely loved the room layout. Bed was super comfortable. And the pool area was great.

Convient airport shuttle, very friendly staff. Quiet location.

The room and bathroom look newly renovated and up to date, with beautiful design and high quality materials. Great shower. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable so I slept well. The HVAC is controlled by a thermostat on the wall and is very quiet. I appreciate the onsite bistro so you can get a meal after a long day of traveling.

My kids went to the pool late, but the staff allowed them to swim until 12 midnight..

Our experience was great! We visit Maine once a year and always stay at your hotel because of the great staff and close proximity to the airport.

Onsite desk person was very personable and helpful. When I found a small cockroach in the room on my headboard, he immediately moved me to a new room and was very apologetic.

The location was good for the wedding we attended. The staff serving breakfast (the lady, especially), provided excellent customer service. The breakfasts were delicious. When we checked in, no one told us about the breakfast vouchers and how they worked. I had to get them later that day and ask the breakfast person about them. Also, very disappointed in the cleaning of the room. It was not done. They replaced the towels but did not clean the bathroom or the room. Then the next time they came, I asked if they could come back since we were still in the room. They said yes, but never came back. In the room for 4 nights and not cleaned once.

Clean room and everything so close to the location

The location was good for the venue we were going to. Having the van go downtown was great for our friends who stayed at the hotel. The person who did breakfast from Friday 5/29 to Sunday 5/30 was excellent. Great customer service When we checked in, no one provided us with the breakfast vouchers or explained how it worked. I had to ask later that evening after we checked in. Also, we were under the impression that when they provided new towels, they would also clean the room and bathroom. This did not occur. We had to complain about this, and they did not come back to clean. When they came to clean the room 2 days later, we asked if they could come back since we were still in the room. They did not come back.
