Onsite desk person was very personable and helpful. When I found a small cockroach in the room on my headboard, he immediately moved me to a new room and was very apologetic.

Our room was right next to the lobby. It was very noisy and there did not seem to be any regard that there may be customers sleeping during all shifts. The room was so close to the hustle and bustle of the front desk there was no getting away from people/staff talking all hours...not much sleep and couldn't change rooms. I would recommend not staying on the first floor near the lobby.

This place was clean and in very good condition. I would stay there again. I would suggest the restaurant lounge stay open later that 10pm and they couuld consider adding EV chargers in the parking lot

We were welcomed as soon as we went in. Check in was smooth and getting to our room was easy. Would definitely recommend to stay here, if you want to stay near the airport.

Dissatisfied for a Marriott/all ice machines broken no microwaves in room/ no complimentary coffee downstairs /all these items usually standard in hotels

Property was close to the mall and major roads which was very convenient. Only 15 minutes into downtown for an event and they were very accommodating to a late check out request.
