Courtyard by Marriott Portland Airport

Room overall was good. The bathroom had a very small sink area. Not enough room for two people to put out toiletries. Ice machines were broken or missing. Had to go to the restaurant to get ice. No microwave or clock. The room was a good size with a sitting area.

The staff is friendly and hotel is very clean

King room had bed positioned in a bump out in the wall so it can only be accessed from one side. This is not what is depicted in the online photos. I requested a change at check-in and staff implied they were probably all like that unless I got a suite and were unwilling to check any further.

Clean and quiet location with a nice restaurant/brewery next door. The early airport shuttle was a plus!

The staff were all very friendly and did their best to meet expectations and accommodations. The only issue was with their in room entertainment setup. My original room and a second room both had non functioning entertainment systems. The third room I was placed in functioned but only provided a few basic channels with no other options. I ended up using my iPad to stream TV etc.

Great location if you are traveling in or out. The staff is outstanding. They went out of their way to accommodate us.

It was pretty inside. Bed was comfortable. The airport shuttle was prompt and courteous. There was a pair of men's dirty underwear on the floor. The toilet had feces smeared in it, no microwave. The AC was not able to be adjusted. My most serious complaint was that upon arrival the window was unlocked and open. Although on the second floor it was accessible via a platform. Easy to just step into the room. The front desk said to just ck the room upon entry. No...too late if I walk in and someone is in there. I've traveled a lot for work for a health care company. They never allowd a first floor room to be booked for safety reasons and Always said NEVER enter an unsecured room. I wasnt impressed and definitely will not book there again.

Very clean and beds were very comfortable. The beds had normal size pillows, and duvets. The stay was fine, front desk and staff were very nice. But even with the air condition on in the room for some reason it was extremely humid and muggy in the room. More so than outside. the weather was great. The bathroom light didn't work only the shower light, and the restaurant wasn't open anytime we were awake.if they were, it must've been very early in the morning, for a very short time because we were there all day for 3 nights, and there was nothing going on in the way of food or restaurant. We went out at night and came back and there was nowhere to get any food, except snacks in the lobby. It wouldn't be a problem, but when I read about the hotel it said there was a fantastic restaurant. Maybe I read wrong but I do love Marriott. It was just unfortunate. Next time we may stay in a different Marriott.

Whole place was clean. Guessing this is a new hotel? But yes, clean. Staff were friendly. Absolutely loved the room layout. Bed was super comfortable. And the pool area was great.
