All good

Room is clean and staff is pretty nice.

All was well. Clean, quiet, and staff were helpful. No complaints.

Overall everything was good. The egg item on the breakfast buffet was not appetizing, but rest of buffet and buffet times good. Room very clean, but hall appeared to not have been vacuumed for a while. Wished room had some extra towels and a blanket, as well as a list of hotel info...check in/out times, more amenity details, how to use tv, etc. All staff very nice and helpful.

Hotel was conveniently located, very clean, and the staff were very friendly. They provide a wide variety of breakfast items.

We had to use hand soap as body wash. Even though it's the same soap the said canisters were not full, shower door didn't close completely i had to keep shutting it. We didn't complain since they did meet the requirements it would be petty though. We always stay at Tru when we visit Portland/Maine. Maybe the up keep isn't done thoroughly and there was a smell/odor of dog that lingered in the room. I don't know if the previous guests had dog it was definitely in the air. Other than that our stay was good we enjoyed Portland and Maine as a whole.

One of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had (omlettes, sausage, pancakes, yogurts, fruit, fresh pastries, nice bagels, oatmeal bar, etc). Clean facility, laundry worked well, staff were kind. Would definitely stay again. Nearby to food and shopping. No trouble with parking. Has a pool table that my kids liked.

This is a different kind of atmosphere. The rooms are small but complete. The beds are comfy. The staff is amazing. The breakfast was good. I rented parking in their lot and my car was safe. Overall, great for business folks and travelers alike.

This was especially disappointing because we expect a hotel room to be clean.

Very kind staff but very dirty room. Disgusting. After 3 days no bed was changed, floor was sticky, very dirty bathroom. Also the lobby bathroom was dirty and smelling very bad. My first bad experience w hilton related to cleaning. The breakfast was decent and the lady in charge tried her best to make all good.

I was booked to stay at the Tru, and arrived at 2:30 in the morning in a rain storm after traveling all day to find out I had been moved to the hotel next-door instead because there weren’t any clean rooms. That room was at the back of the hotel on the seventh floor a notification to me to let me know I was staying in a different hotel would’ve been helpful.

The hotel was good, continental breakfast was very good. The staff is what kept me from giving it an excellent rating. They were not very nice at all.

This was our first stay and we will be back. The only issues we had was that the blow dryer didn’t get hot so it took forever to get my hair dry and the bottle filler in the lobby was also not working. Certainly not anything that would stop us from booking again. Staff was great, room was great and breakfast was great. Thanks again!

Rooms are very very clean The hallways and bathrooms very clean good staff breakfast good the airport shuttle was very important to us everything was good we like having the pool

Shuttle was easy to get to and from the airport. Property was clean and modern. Would recommend.
