The pillows were filthy and yellowed. For amenities, the pool room is atrocious. When you walk in, the room literally has the equivalent of an air raid siren constantly going. The sound made it unbearable to be in. Hot tub was broken. Bathroom in pool room was out-of-order. We were told by staff that was how it normally was, but should be advertised as such. Breakfast was as advertised, but from 6-10am, its literally first come, first serve. If you go at 9am, alot of items are not available. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had.

Our room was dirty, there were fake eyelashes attached to the night stand, we saw it the next morning. Our toilet kept running but we didn't notice until bed time. I had reserved a room w/ queen beds, noticed at night the beds were only full size but it was late. Tried to use the pool, the main reason I booked it but there was a horrible constant noise running in the pool and the tiles were broken, the hot tub would not get hot. The "breakfast" was cereal, oatmeal, or mini muffins. When we checked out, the host told us we had been placed in the wrong room that hadnt been updated yet and they werent supposed to use those rooms, but never offered any compensation. I had to leave so I called & asked for a manager, explained the mix up and asked what can be done. They offered me points to use there, I asked for a manager to call me & the host hung up on me. We wouldn't stay here again.

This place was awful! I should have known when the flower pots out front were filled with water and trash! The ceiling in our room was literally falling off! The tracks on the closet were filthy, the toilet seat was dirty. The beds were so uncomfortable! The lobby printer wasn’t working and staff didn’t fix it, just said check back tomorrow morning; then said it was out of order in the morning! Our main reasons for staying there was a free breakfast and the pool. Breakfast consisted of yogurt, a few bagels and bread, overcooked oatmeal and canned fruit. The pool was the biggest disappointment. My kids were so excited for the pool.. that’s all I heard about the whole way there! The hot tub was filthy. The “air exchange/vent” was so loud we could barely hear each other talk. It sounded like a fire alarm. I went and talked with the front desk clerk and he informed me it was working as intended (even though you could hear it way down the hallway). My son was so disappointed we were just going to deal with the alarm, but the pool was absolutely frigid.. so we just gave up. Overall this was a horrible experience. We will never be going back.. my son made me promise :(

Typically we have great luck picking hotes by picture, but this hotel was terrible! Everything about it was run down, falling apart, rusting and dirty. While the front desk attendant was very kind, it did not make up for the fact that everything just felt icky. Lucky for us, when we called Expedia to let them know, the hotel agreed to refund our stay, making it more affordable to go to a different hotel.

Hot tub not hot and bubbler didn't work. Pool room had about 3 chairs, no tables, had a high pitched squeal/mechanical whine that drove one to insanity, pool room restroom out of order, rusty and dirty. Extremely disappointing that after after enjoying walking in Portland, state parks and waterfront are the main reasons for tourism, there was not a hot tub for the body to recover. Back patio was dirty and we had to chase RATS away!!!! Advertised as 2 queen room, actually 2 full beds with queen head boards. Empty, large space in the room where table and chair likely would be but no longer exist. Shower curtain not fastened so curved rod hung low. Gravity works on a curved rod hanging low so shower curtain fell to center, resulting in about 2 feet of curtain blocking water, and flooding of the rest of the bathroom. Main floor PUBLIC bathroom lock was not working and a sign was payed to this effect with the recommendation to "knock before entering". Staff used a leaf blower to blow pine needles out of the parking lot next to the back patio while we were sitting there and blew grass, dirt, and dust into our food and drinks. Also made it impossible to converse and relax with the noise. Glass shattered at door entrance and exit. While the staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good, I would NOT recommend staying here.

Toilet tank leaked causing it to fill every half hour thru the night. Asked for maintenance to fix 2x I don’t think maintenance came. I eventually switched rooms. Everything else was fine. Staff was great.
-
They were in the middle of construction which was loud and messy. We chose this one just for the hot tub and the jets weren’t working. Won’t stay again.

Convenient location and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Hot tub broken, broken and rusted tile all over pools area! Advertised 2 queen beds but were doubles
-
The hot tub was broken. No bubbles the first night but was at least hot. The second day it wasn’t hot and still had no bubbles. The pool area has an obnoxiously loud buzzing noise that management said was “normal”. They’re doing renovations so I hope after that they address the pool and hot tub issues an we’d probably be willing to stay here again. Staff was great it was went their fault at all

At 3am, the fire alarm started chirping loudly every 90 seconds. I called the front desk and they told me that the hotel did not have any maintenance staff and that it could not be fixed. We had to pack up all of our belongings at 3:30am, go down to the front desk, check out of our current room and into a new room. The room was on the first floor, smelled strongly of feet, and the sound from the staff in the lobby was loud enough that it felt like people were in our room with us. We ended up checking out at 5:30am and the front desk staff told us that she could not give us a refund because we had technically spent the night in the facility. We were too tired to argue with the front desk clerk after getting so little sleep, and when I followed up with the business afterwards, I got no response.

Great room Bad breakfast

I stayed her with my adult daughter, and the night staff person was so nice and informative, the day staff person was nice but did not seem to attend to some things as well. The hotel is in the middle of a renovation, and some things clearly needed updating, so I hope they are all updated for the switch to a Holiday Inn. We would stay here again.

It was for My Daughter‘s graduation and it was terrible. I’ll never go there again.

in the process of remodeling that was going along way too slow. the pool filter was screaming all weekend it will not last much longer.
-
It was good place to stay. Breakfast is pretty limited and the hotel is going through the renovation.
-
Staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a good amount of options. Located walking distance from the mall.
