Great breakfast, easy convenient parking, clean safe location and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

BREAKFAST WAS AVERAGE, ROOM WAS CLEAN AND PARKING WAS ADEQUATE

Check-in was quick and easy. The staff was super friendly. Our room was clean with no complaints. We didn't use any amenities or eat breakfast, so I can't answer to those. Overall good experience and the location is awesome.

A good basic hotel in a good location. Staff were friendly and accommodating, but we did not get the room we originally booked and our room felt cramped. We also didn't realize we needed to ask for housekeeping. The hotel could really benefit from some kind of concession availability; the only food they offered were hotdogs that could have been sitting there for days.

We came to this hotel last minute after the first hotel we checked into was filthy. This was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and they have a great breakfast, including delicious coffee.

It’s a modest hotel, and if you’re looking for something posh, you will likely be disappointed. But the staff are wonderful. It’s clear that they care about customer service and put their heart and soul into helping each guest have the best experience they can. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable bed, a clean room, a hot shower, a good breakfast, and kind staff, at a reasonable price. Feels rare today!

The hotel was clean and had a good breakfast. It did offer shuttle service to and from the airport. I tried to call the front desk a couple of times and no one answered; although, the staff seemed friendly and accommodating.

Great location, great accommodations, beautiful rooms and comfortable pillows. We signed up for the choice plan but did not get credit for our last stay.

The rooms and bathrooms were not very clean. There was hair in my sheets and you can tell there is not any deep cleaning that goes on there.

The rooms were clean. The lobby was nicely updated but the hallways could use a little updating and better lighting. Breakfast was good but could use more options.

The room was very clean but definitely basic. The hotel was next to an older mall area, but food options are close by.

Room not carefully cleaned. Large hairball rolling around on the floor. Bathroom counter had not been thoroughly cleaned. Shower stall doors didn’t close well. Shower pan grime in the textured floor. Sheets had lots of pilling. Black lint all over the bottom sheet. Some pillow cases were dusty. Lots of floor noise from room above.
