Casco Bay Hotel Portland Airport - Maine Mall, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Only issue is breakfast is mediocre. Otherwise a great location, clean rooms and nice staff.

Well maintained at a good price

We will stay here at Casco Bay Hotel in Portland, ME. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle to and from the airport. The breakfast was delicious and included fruit, waffles, eggs, sausage patties, muffins, toast, juice, coffee, tea, and more! Uber service was fast and affordable from here.

Hotel is clean and looks to be newly renovated. Renovation workmanship is not great though. Cracked shower pan and was caulked. Shower was not draining properly. You were standing in standing water while showering. Sink cabinet was covered in wall paint. A hung picture was upside down but that's minor. :-D At the price I paid I wouldn't stay again honestly.

Had a very nice stay. Showers were big and great, bed were comfy, staff was nice and I wish I made it to the breakfast lol

Breakfast was decent, room was clean and well deodorized. Staff were efficient and helpful. Had enough parking palaces for most people. Close to a mall, and other sightseeing things. Overall, happy with my stay and would definitely stay here especially if you’re on a budget and want great service.

Some of the reviews I read on the major search engine about the staff not being nice were not true. They were perfectly pleasant. The room was nice and clean. Zero complaints.

Very clean and comfortable, coffee is good. Standard free hotel breakfast fare with better choices of milk, whole, 2% or non dairy milk. Nice staff

It was decent. Property showing a few minor signs of aging like the floors and the the towels look as though they can and should be replaced but it is a clean shower and nice bed. Good value for the money even with the price hikes for Fourth of July

I just needed a clean place to stay for a quick overnight, and at an affordable rate. It was clean enough and affordable, so mission accomplished. It's exactly what I expected for less than $100/night.

Casco Bay is located conveniently close to the airport. It was clean and rooms had everything you need. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options. Staff was very friendly and shuttle to the airport was on time and helpful.

Wonderful stuff, centrally located, free parking, and convenient to have daily breakfast. Exactly what we needed for our family trip!

The staff was very friendly and helpful with the free airport shuttle. I used the gym/treadmill and that was great. The bed comfy and the Wifi good. Convenient as it was close to airport.
