Given that we arrived late and were expecting the room to be ready, this was quite disappointing.

Location was great! Room was clean. Hotel pool was nice. My only complaint is that the cable tv did not work and I feel like for the price I paid it should have worked!

Great stay clean

Unfortunately room was not restocked with shampoo- container was almost empty first night. Coffee was not restocked for the second night of our stay. Bed was not remade. On the last morning housekeeping started knocking on door at 8 then 9 am to see if we were still in room. Very disappointing for a Hilton property. Breakfast staff on the other hand was excellent and very accommodating.

We had a washcloth left hanging from a prior guest. There was quite a bit of dust left on the windowsill. A coffee pod was left in the coffee pot from the prior guest. No hand soap in the bathroom. Housekeeping is the only complaint. The check in was great, courteous service. The bar staff was great, no complaints. They offered fresh, hot cookies which were great with check in. There was a lot of traffic nosie. We were on the interstate side of the hotel. Pool would be good for cooler weather. The pool room was almost to hot to sit and watch your child.

I stayed two nights in this property and when I went to take a shower there was zero shampoo and conditioner and no body wash. So I asked the front to get me some they said they would send house keeping up with some. And i waited and nobody ever came. So the next day i thought they would restock the items while they cleaned my room but when i got back that night nobody had even came to clean. So I went to the front desk again and there were multiple people at the desk complaining about the same issue. I don’t think I will be staying there again because the front desk didn’t seem to want to help anyone ether

Horrible staff and service.

Par contre personnel très serviable
-
Room service was slow to provide linens but responded quickly to phone calls. Would stay there again. Centrally located safe neighbor lots of eateries nearby
-
The shower area was enclosed only by a curtain, causing water to spill out, and the showerhead wouldn't stay in place, making it inconvenient to use.
-
I got a king size room but they gave me a double bed and when i tried to get a price difference they couldn’t do it. Then gave me breakfast vouchers but the breakfast was already free

These are iconic Round Sheraton Towers that I stayed with my parents in as a child in the 80s. They are well maintained but old and oddly shaped pie rooms. Nice big pool, food and a bar. Great location and across from the Mall.

It was fine

The rooms were not serviced everyday, you had to ask for towels etc. They said they were short of staff. The breakfast buffet was not tasty and consistently cold. Parking was fine and had plenty of spots. The staff was friendly and did their best to accommodate you. My opinion is that they need new management.

Staff was very nice. Clean property breakfast was good and waitress Nicole was an absolute pleasure.
-
Friendly staff despite very late check in due to travel delays.

Terrible experience, avoid hotel at all costs. Room was very run down rust on all the fixtures in the bathroom, ac was not working and did not smell clean. Left over food from prior guest in the minin fridge. Homeless person camped out in the lobby of the south tower. Breakfast was the worst I have had at a hotel ever. Upon check out was not asked how my stay was, told them the AC was not working and no apologies, didn't seem to care much just a comment about letting services people know it needed to be fixed. Very expensive for a run down hotel. I have stayed in cheaper spots near here that were amazing in comparison.
