Hotel itself was a older property and not as nice as I would expect for a Double Tree.

No shower curtain in the bathroom and the door was automatic for handicap purposes. Felt unsafe if you wanted to close the door instantly but couldn’t do the functionality of the door

The hotel was ok. Our toilet continued to run and run. There was blood on the lobby floor and we had to tell the staff. Overall I think the hotel just needs some updates.

Overall property is ok. Unfortunately, my room's bathtub is holding eater, dead slow release ofceater and ventilation fan is lousy. I showed video at the time of checkout to the front desk guy assured me that he will talk to the manager. But I did not see any action after that. I suppose to get 70% compensation

All in general a good experience only issue was the bathroom sink drain had to be repaired as it was stuck in the closed position this was repaired quickly. The tub shower faucet was worn out and difficult to control the water temperature. Room was otherwise clean. Good beds. Would return.

Staff were very friendly, location was very convenient and close to airport, but the room was not clean. Pillow case had a black spot like makeup stain on it. Shampoo and the shower gel dispensers both were broken and didn’t work. Regular coffee was missing from coffee tray. One lamp near the bed wasn’t working.🙁🙁
