Homewood Suites by Hilton Portland

Well maintained property. There is EV charging at the hotel on the same property that shares the parking lot with this hotel and a restaurant. Only downside was the Continental breakfast which was lackluster and more limited than other locations under this brand I've experienced. The hot tub is a nice bonus.

Bed was comfortable but pillows were awful. They were flat and squishy and had no substance to them. Even doubling them up did not help. My biggest complaint was the breakfast. If you were not into breakfast burritos, whose meat and salsas changed daily, you were stuck with scrambled eggs (which were on the buffet daily for the five days we were there) cereal and toast. The location was great; close to major highways. Staff were friendly and helpful. Despite its faults I would opt to stay here again if in the area.

Room was clean and spacious.

Very clean, family and pet friendly. Warm pool and delightful Jacuzzi next to the small gym. Grounds and hotel spotless. Housekeeping and breakfast staff exceptional service and very kind. Worth every penny. They have a store but are also very close to restaurants and Walmart if your apartment needs supplies/food.

This place was great!! A few minutes from portland, and super clean and everyone was amazing. We'll definitely come back,!

Good stay would stay again

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious lighting could use dimmers.

The couch in my room was stained with blood or feces and the room had such a strong odor, I got a headache. When we voiced our concerns to the front desk, we were told there was nothing they could do other than spray more chemicals. I brought couch cushion to lobby and asked to speak to the general manager and this is when I am given another room. No apology. Whole hotel smelled terrible.

Location is an easy drive to the city. Breakfast was good and the staff is very nice. Pool was great, but the hot tub was actually a little too hot.

Plenty of free parking that felt safe, which was good, since we had bikes. Nearby restaurant was good. Room was nice, bed was comfortable and water pressure was good. They had a variety of options for breakfast. Really enjoyed it! Also, enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi!

The suite was cute. Hotel was clean. Staff was super friendly, And it was in a great location. The pool has been out of service for quite some time and if I had known that I would have picked a different hotel considering we were just going down there to celebrate his 50th birthday and lounge around. Not cool for $433 for 2 nights. When I look these hotels up on booking I expect booking to have checked that these facilities still have the amenities that are disclosed. So I am extremely disappointed with booking.com and this is not the first time I have disappointed.

Staff was excellent! The pool was out of service and the gentleman called their other property and got us into their pool seeing how that was the whole reason we came to the hotel cause my grandkids love the pool! The sofabed’s sheet kept coming off! The breakfast buffet was pretty good. Wish they had more baked goods, like danishes or cinnamon rolls
