Building is relatively new and looks nice. The rooms were spacious. My experience was awful. I checked out after the first night of my 4 night stay. I booked 2 rooms one of them wasn't ready till well after check-in and when i got the room it wasn't even clean. Rooms barely had amenities towels toiletries ect. There was no hot water and i was informed from long term travelers it often has no hot water. Under staffed and just over all not impressed. Hopefully my experience was a one off but i wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I was a solo traveler, here for a few days, and I was glad when I arrived to such a clean, tidy room. I was pleased with the control of room temperature I had and how there was always someone to talk to at the front desk. The only odd thing was my room had shampoo and bath soap but no regular hand soap to use at the sink. I would love to stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights for reference. When we arrived, 3 police cruisers were out front and something was going on with a guest and her dogs in one of the rooms. Definitely was concerning without any explanation to guests checking in. Then our last full day (6/26), the warm water was broken and I went down to tell the front desk attendee who seemed completely confused and bewildered - I told him my room about 4 times and he kept repeating the wrong number (I even had to tell him he wrote down the wrong number finally). The hot water was apparently out for the whole building, but no updates were ever given and my parents and I had to take an ice cold shower or forego one entirely. No offer of partial refund was given for the huge inconvenience. “Fitness room” had 2 treadmills, an eliptical, and a very basic bar machine. I would expect at least a barbell set and a bench. Thurs floor hallway smelled bad, like weed and food, while the walls were paper thin and we could hear everyone slamming their doors and walking above us at night. Amenities were bare minimum, without even a spare toilet paper roll or body soap for short term guests. The positive is that the place was clean.

No pots and pans. No silverware. No coffee maker. Really???

We needed a place to sleep on our way up to Bar Harbor as well as on the way back. This place fit that need. Very clean, great to have a kitchen, and pet friendly. The amenities were a bit lacking (very little toiletries, towels, etc). Their computer system to check in and check out isn’t the most reliable. Often “couldn’t find my reservation”. Decent spot for a quick stay.

It was decent for price

There were no body towels available in the six rooms we booked for our party. When we asked for towels at the front desk, we were told there were none available since the “shipment hadn’t come in yet”, and many in our party ended up buying towels at Walmart.

The staff not always aware of what to do but able to find out. Also you need to take the trash out to the dumpster. The place is clean and very quiet. I will stay again but will take what I need with me.

The property is new and clean. There is not much in the way of amenities. The hotel seems to cater to those who need a longer stay. Appreciated the low cost for a pet ($10/night). The location is good.

Room was large with large kitchen but minimal dishes, nothing to cook with, no table and chairs to eat on. No black out curtains only blinds, only one end table, microwave to low to read, only 2 bath towels. No closet. Very striped down .

I don’t have much to say new clean property

Size of the room. It was overall dirty. The TV didn't work. Staff was non existent. Told on second day oh I'll be right up to fix your TV. But never came. No silverware. Dishes were dirty in dishwasher. Needs another comfortable chair. I saw two family's trying to check in. No staff to assist and they could not complete check in. Run by toddlers

They advertised kitchenette with cooktop. They had cooktop, but nothing to cook with. They only had 2 glasses, 2 plates, 2 bowls, 3 spoons, 2 knives and 1 fork. I thought it was odd to not even have .a coffee maker. Bathroom had two bath towels, 2 hand towels and 1 washcloth. Not equipped for someone staying a while.

The staff!!! Room smelled awful

I couldn't even get into my room. I arrived at 6 p.m. signed in through the computer system and was told by the computer that my room was not ready. I called for assistance and the person on the phone said that the only person that can help you is the staff at the front desk. Guess what, there was no staff at the front desk for the entire hour I was there and other people staying there said they had never seen staff at the front desk. I never got into my room and I had to book a room 40 minutes away. Worse hotel experience ever, many unhappy people staying there had other issues like being forced to cast from their phone to use the TV. What? Stay away.

Laundry a bit on the pricy side, though we'll kept.
