Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Portland Maine Airport

The room was very small. It was pet friendly that’s a plus

close to airport, city of Portland and major highway

It’s a nice and economic option without missing any frills.

The staff were very nice and accommodating.

It's very dated, and I didn't feel comfortable; wouldn't stay again there's too many nicer places in the same area.

3-11 staff rude and very sarcastic

Breakfast service guy was really good and cared about the guests. The hallways and stairwell smelled and felt grimy. And the work out room had stale smell and the air conditioner was broke for my first few nights. I had to tell them a couple different days before it got fixed.

The staff was nice. The convenience of hotel was great and the bed was soft. The bed in the room i was given had a slope to it. Seem to sink down at head of bed. Could be the frame. Also there was a wash cloth and hand towel that was extremely dingy. Last , the towel rack fell as soon as I went to get towel to dry off..

None, it’s different from other Fairfield Inns that we stayed in. Some of the amenities were used to weren’t available.

For the price, room is not to standard in my opinion. Queen beds are more twin sized.

Safe clean well organized

The level 2 EV charger on the back does not work. One of the two room cards does not work.

A bit old room. Totally ok ok.

Breakfast was excellent & staff very attentive to customer needs. Room a bit dated but very clean & functional. Very quiet even though hwy 95 nearby. Bed comfortable

The location. The TV didn’t work beyond whatever station it was on. It was basically unusable during my stay.

Staff was very friendly. Room is clean. Breakfast was buffet style. Hot items were disappointing but there were quite a few selections for yogurt, cereals and toppings. Overall good value for the room rate.
